After trying this on multiple occasions, I have finally given up trying to make this work.
Although it is not really marketed as a concealer but more of a highlighter and corrector, I find that this product doesn’t really serve a purpose as any of those things. The fluid in the tube is not very pigmented, therefore useless as a concealer. It doesn’t have anything about it that is a highlighter, no subtle shimmer or luminous particles that I can see.
The only good thing I can say is that it doesn’t really settle into my fine lines around my eyes. I have been using this to try to cover my dark undereye circles, and it does not work. The coverage is not buildable at all, once you have applied a layer (which hardly covers anything), applying another layer on top just takes off the product beneath it.
I love the click pen, but so many other brands have similar products with this type of packaging that this one is essentially redundant. I found that The Body Shop Lightening Touch is far more pigmented and actually wearable than this Arden product. I wouldn’t buy again and wouldn’t recommend for any reason.

Purchased this in the color 02, I have very pale asian skin and the 01 looked almost too pinky. The formula is fine, almost watery and has very fine ‘sparkles’ in it, for the illuminating function I suppose. It does the job of covering my dark circles while still looking natural, it does settle in the fine lines but is only visible on very close inspection. It comes in those annoying pen forms that you have to click to dispense and the appearance of the pen is almost a dupe of the YSL touche eclat at first glance.
