This review is for the primer that comes in a tube (not the newer pump bottle ones).
Very disappointed with this. Got it thinking it would be a good paring with their eye makeup (which I love). Found it to not be anything more than a silicone blend with a little bit of additional ingredients (just to say it is more of a treatment). Didn’t notice any difference between using this before applying eye makeup and not using any at all. The tube is super tiny and I feel ripped off.
