If you have oily or combo skin with sallowness, you will enjoy this primer. It has a pinkish, lavender color which is great for color correcting that did not look like a fake white cast on my skin. It’s tacky, so it’s a great canvas for holding on to a moisturizing foundation. In my case, I have used the Koh Gen Do Moisture Foundation and even though it’s winter here and I generally avoid mattifying primers right now, the combination of this dewy foundation with a tacky, matte primer worked out great to create a skin like base that wasn’t entirely matte, but sheeny without being greasy. While I really enjoyed this combination for an evening look, I would not use this during the day because the SPF, 20/PA++ is just too low to offer my skin protection. I always wear sunblock as my primer, because I want the UVA/UVB protection on a daily basis.
