This primer is great for the price. Yes, there are better primers, but none I’ve found to such a low price as this one. It does its job, smoothes out the skin and makes the foundation look better and last longer. But, you have to wait a while after using your moisturizer before putting this primer on, otherwise the primer will “pulverize” your face cream or whatever you have under the primer. I’ll probably buy this one again since it’s a great budget primer.

I must say its a really good primer for a very low price. it feels very silky and smooth on the skin as it says and does enhance the longevity of my makeup. it contains silicone so it really fills in the pores and blurs the skin thus creating a smooth canvas to work on. it is very affordable. it is very silky but doesn’t feel oily at all very non greasy kind of formula but still feels amazing.

This primer is extremely affordable, and I bought it thinking that if it wouldn’t work out, I wouldn’t have wasted much money anyway. Turns out, this is a true gem of a budget primer! I’ve been using and loving TheBalm’s TimeBalm primer, and this primer is nearly as good, with a MUCH lower price tag. It’s a silicone based primer, like TimeBalm, but the consistency is a bit runnier. It blurs our pores well and it doesn’t bunch up under foundation. When I first swatched it at the back of my hand I was a little bit worried about how oily it felt (despite not containing any oil), but it’s not been a problem. I usually allow it to sink into the skin a bit before I put my foundation on top, and it’s both created a smoother base and made my foundation last a lot longer than it usually does (without a primer). It’s not quite as long lasting as TimeBalm, but it’s not that far behind. While it claim to reduce oil, it does create a bit of a dewy finish, so it might not be for people with very oily skin.

+ Really cheap. For 20ml / .66 fl oz I paid about 40SEK, though it was on sale. It was originally 80SEK, which is frankly a marked up price considering it’s only £3.99 on their uk website.
+ Great everyday primer, since it won’t break the bank
+ Contains no parabens, although..
– It does contain phenoxyethanol which, from what I understand, is a quite controversial preservative as well
