This is my favourite powder. I use the translucent light shade alone on “natural” days, over primer, or over primer and foundation. I like it a lot. I apply it with a kabuki brush. It mattifies, but doesn’t make my skin look dry or powdery, and doesn’t settle into lines or pores. It keeps my nose from looking oily for about 6 hours. I use a few little pats with the sponge for late-day touch-ups.

Pretty good powder.
Only the sponge I did not like.

This is a very lovely one: despite looking rather dark in the box, the teint, once spread over the face is exactly pastel beige, not dark at all and very even and hardly noticeable. I used it with the supplied sponge at first ( would have rather the box had had a separate compartment for it actually ), and then switched to kabuki and never looked back. I have oily skin, and this powder seems to be neutral in its effect: it neither mattifies, nor makes my skin oilier, which is fine by me, especially in winter, when there’s a risk of overdrying through over-mattifying.
