First impression… This is an okay powder foundation, I’m just not much of a foundation girl to begin with. A few hours after wearing this I felt like my face was super shiny/oily looking so I wiped it with a tissue and was disgusted at what I saw. I applied this very lightly over my BB cream so I was surprised at how much came off as well the color looked orange so this must have oxidized on me. I purchased the shade “medium” which doesn’t look all that dark. I will try this again without the BB cream and see if that makes a difference. The jar is much smaller than I expected however I don’t think I will repurchase this again anyway, it just isn’t something I enjoy on my skin.
Update (12/9/15) – I can’t say I’ve been able to make this work for me. It oxidizes in the worst way on my skin. The concept is a good one but the color is just horrible. I wouldn’t recommend this, there are just so many better products out there.

This is a very fine, luminizing powder foundation. It really does give very good, even coverage and is so lightweight and soft on your skin, even if you build it up to give medium/full coverage. It’s a gorgeous texture, so very fine and whispy, I love it! Three little snags for me; there’s no sift lock, it comes in a small pot (4.5g opposed to 6g for bareMinerals matte foundation) and its a little bit too shiny, if that’s your thing then it’s perfect and I can’t recommend it more highly, but I prefer a matte finish. However, I do use it as a highlighter. But, it is a great powder foundation.
