Bought this at S$65 for the refill. The sales assistant highly recommended this claiming that I would love it. I had been using the touche eclat compact which I really loved as I could touch up without having it pool or cake. She also confirmed that this is almost the same, if not better than the touche eclat version.
Upon close inspection of the compact, I noticed some small shimmers in it which I didn’t mind. I used it as I would my touche eclat, which was to set my liquid foundation. The feeling of this powder felt weird, it felt like a cream to powder foundation, it felt tacky. It didn’t cover my pores but instead emphasized on it something which the touche eclat doesn’t do.
Next, I tried touching up with it. To my horror, it pooled in my pores and my skin looked patchy with spots of foundation all arround my face! I was so embarrassed that I had to forcefully wipe the makeup off my face.
I will NEVER EVER buy this product again. Unfortunately I still have a spare as the sales assistant wrongly packed this instead of the touche eclat I wanted.
