Wow, these are inconsistent. I have bought this formula in Red Carpet, and I love it so much. Now I bought it Mauve Over, and while I love the color of Mauve Over, the formula is so different from Red Carpet, it’s like a totally different product. Mauve Over is really thick and hard to work with. I don’t mind a polish that’s a bit on the thicker side, I prefer that to one that is too thin. But this is crazy. I thought maybe I got one that was old, but looking at reviews here for the line overall, it seems to be a common theme. But when I go to the specific listing for Red Carpet, that gets better reviews (I left one of the good reviews for it quite a while ago). So I think that the formula must really vary based on color. So I probably would try other colors in the line, but I would not buy Mauve Over again. Red Carpet is a shimmery shade, and Mauve Over is a creme. Maybe that has something to do with it? I don’t know. These are very inexpensive, so at least I don’t feel too bad. It’s not unusable, but I don’t think I will find myself reaching for it too often either.

Tried this in tickled pink….hate the formula. Color is pretty but this is going in the garbage.

I got sun kissed a bright creamy orange, pucker up a bright creamy red, lacey lilac a pale creamy lilac. They all go well at the application they last fairly long with a top coat. The brush goes well for the application too.i got also a clear one that can be use as a base or alone as well. It goes well at the application also. Love it!

I don’t hate it… but I definitely don’t love it. I’ve tried quite a few through the years (I always seem to hope that my opinion will change) and find that it’s very hit or miss. I do like the shade black out. but it seems that every other time I’ve owned it, the brush comes splayed! So now when I like a color (because formula leaves much to be desired) I’ll buy a bottle before I’m totally out and replace the unsplayed brush.
The formula thickens up. I can get a decent wear of about 3-4 days (single mom of three so my hands are always being washed) and removal is quick. And I find that even if I skip a top coat, I still get about the same weartime

I feel like I’ve used this brand and line of polish before, and had pretty decent results. The color I’m talking about today is “Late Night Lilac.” Not sure if my store just has old stock, or what, but this was very thick and goopy and hard to get an even coat. I’m no expert ( even though my mom does nails ), this is just my opinion. The color is gorgeous however, a pretty shimmery royal purple. I won’t be buying anymore Sally Hansen; they stupidly seem to discontinue a lot of popular colors ( RIP Pacific Blue, the original!!!! ), and their products are overpriced for how they perform.

Eeyew! I bought a couple of colors of Sally Hansen Extreme Wear nail polish in Spring colors. Though I went to the store to buy Sinful Colors – my favorite NP brand of any price – I couldn’t find a creamy light pink shade to my taste. So I bought SHEW Tickled Pink.
Aside from the colour, this NP has nothing going for it. It is globby and very streaky. The brush was awful and almost impossible to use to shape the polish to your cuticles. It thickens quickly on the nail, but still takes forever to dry. The polish consistency and applicator resemble White-Out more than nail polish.
It’s really not a case of “get what you pay for”, because the Sinful Colors brand was $1.50 cheaper. I have a couple of other SH polishes that aren’t bad, but the SH Extreme Wear polishes are just ghastly. Avoid.

I’ve only tried one color – Tickled Pink – from this line, but the formula is so bad that I won’t be buying any others. Goopy, sticky, uneven, so hard to work with. Even three coats ended up uneven and lumpy. Another reviewer said it was like latex paint – totally agree. I actually tossed this one in the trash!

This has to be one of the worst nail polishes I have ever tried. I have never put on a polish that has had so many air bubbles as this one. I tried wearing this several times and no matter what I did, it still bubbled up. It doesn’t last long on the nails and it started to chip at the end of the week which was sad to see. You are better off buying Essie nail polishes that perform way better than this.

Let me start my explaining that this product didn’t get 5 lippies from me because it is somewhat thick and therefore takes quite some time to dry. Otherwise, I love the colors and enjoy a long wearing manicure with this polish. It applies smoothly and without annoying brush streaks.

Found the shade floaties (a pastel peach) in a pound shop. It’s a touch streaky and takes a very long time to dry. But the colour is so pretty (not overly bright like some pastels) and as it’s got a slight pink tone i find it quite flattering. Plus the drying time issue is easily solved with quick dry drops. It lasted reasonably well on my nails but i expected better from something called xtreme wear.
