I’ve been looking for a sheer white to wear on my short nailed artist hands, after growing tired of light pinks. (I typically stay natural on the fingers so they look better when they inevitably chip and go a bit crazy on the toes.) I’ve been searching for marshmallow but 2 Ultas and a Target later, I gave up and settled on Waltz. Let me tell you, I have never fell in love with a color as quickly as I have with this one. I’ve been staring at my hands all night! I liked the look with just one coat but added another and WOW! It compliments my fair skin tone so well and makes my beat up hands look so pretty. I can’t say how long they’ll last but I feel I’ve already gotten my money’s worth because of how happy I feel just looking at them. Love you, Essie!

I am a HUGE fan of this shade.
It is my absolute favorite laquer ever!
I wear it mostly on summer for french mani and pedi and it last longer than other brand, combined with seche vite top polish holds it much longer and dries up nice and fast.
I must have bought over ten bottles over the years and I will buy them again and again..

Waltz has replaced my beloved Essie Marshmallow. I absolutely love this polish. It is a milky sheer white that has almost a jelly finish. Two coats are still slightly sheer, which is what makes it different from Marshmallow, which is opaque after two coats. The white is very bright and true – not warm or too cool, either. I think it applies very well and had no issues with streaking – but I think the trick is to use a somewhat generous amount in each coat. If the brush is too dry or does not have enough polish on it it will streak. This is a perfect nude for you if you want a classy, sophisticated look for the office, or even a wedding. I love it because it is more interesting than a basic sheer pink.
