Treasure is from Nubar Prism Collection 2010. It’s a lavender jelly filled with scattered holo. This polish is very sheer, so I needed 4 coats to achieve the desired finish. It is easy to apply and even with 4 coats it dried pretty fast. I liked this polish a lot – it’s juicy and dreamy and unusual. I wouldn’t hesitate to repurchase it. I marked it down slightly for the number of coats required and I agree with the previous reviewer who said that the base colour could do with a bit more oomph in it.

This is a semi-sheer lavender jelly with tiny holographic glitter. The holo effect is subtle and scattered, thus only fully visible in direct sunlight. I managed to get this opaque in three coats. The finish is smooth even without topcoat, which is always a plus! Overall I found this polish wonderful although I would reserve it for sunny days when I’m going to be outside; in the shade the glitter looks plain silver and while it is still very beautiful it doesn’y show the full potential of this polish.

This is a really pretty purple holo. My only complaint is that it is quite sheer, so it needs a few layers. The good thing is that it can be layered over different colours to get different effects and colour intensities, which makes it more versatile!

Treasure is a light lavender color. Came out with the Nubar Prisms collection winter 2010.
The color is perfect for spring. I usually go for bolder colors but this one is a nice change. The Nubar polishes I’ve previously tried have all been of excellent quality and this one is no different. It’s easy to apply, good lasting power and the holographic effect is very cool, even though you have to be out in the sun to really notice it fully. It has small multicolored shimmer particles in it. Really beautiful! However, I think the base color (the lavender) could have a bit more oomph in it, something extra. Or maybe I’m just picky?!
Treasure is a pretty nail polish, I would probably repurchase it if needed.

Love the color, it’s just the perfect lavender/springy color. I’m in love with the Nubar formula (it glides on perfectly for me), but the holos just are as pronounced as I was hoping they would be. You definitely get some holographic action with Treasure, but to really notice it you MUST be outside in the sun. Not like ChG’s 2NITE, where your nails almost emanate holos! So, I’m a little disappointed with this one, but as it’s still holographic and such a pretty color, I would definitely buy again, and will continue to use it.
