Tinsel is from Orly 2014 Holiday Collection. It’s a glitter top coat. It consists of green bar glitter, which resemble pine needles, red round glitter and red shimmer, all set in a clear base.
I like it best applied over white polish. It does require a little patience and effort to spread the glitter equally, but the finished effect is worth it.
I only have a miniature bottle, but will definitely buy a full size bottle when I run out.
