Tile Art To Warm Your Heart is from OPI Lisbon Collection. This is a spring/summer collection of 2018. The color is gorgeous. I think it is more of a medium royal blue. It does not lean to bright nor too dark. It is something in the middle. Just the right amount of royal blue. I compare this one with OPI Dating A Royal, Tile Art To Warm Your Heart is not as dark but definitely brighter. This has a creme finishing formula.
The application is good. I would not say one of the best as I find the first stroke is a bit runny and uneven. But with a good technique, two coats are definitely enough to make it opaque. I only apply a bit at the tip of the brush and pull the color up. It makes the application so much easier. The drying time is quick too. I guess the less lacquer I put on my nails, the faster it dries.
This is a pretty blue color that I think it’s so good to wear in late spring/early summer. It looks great on both hands and toes. Since the color is quite bright, I think I will choose to wear it with denim and also with flip flop. The color just pops out. If you are into a true royal blue, I will recommended this one.

Tile Art To Warm Your Heart is a gorgeous shade of medium blue creme nail polish released as part of OPI’s 2018 Lisbon collection. It is a gorgeous shade of true blue, which appears to have slightly warm undertones when paired with my NC15 skin. I love this as a manicure, it’s a gorgeous colour which makes me smile. I would wear this all year round. The formula is OK. It is fully opaque in two coats. The first coat applies very patchy and streaky, and quite sheer – I was very concerned about the quality of the formula when applying it! However, it somehow evens out completely with the second coat – becoming completely opaque and not at all streaky. It is excellent at self-levelling. Do not be put off by the deceptively bad first coat! It wore for slightly less time than the other shades in this collection, only lasting 3 days before chipping when paired with base and top coat. This is why I deducted a lipstick, however the colour is still gorgeous enough for me to use again and enjoy having in my collection.
