The One That Got Away is a beautiful shimmery raspberry. It looks fabulous on my toes.It went on with no streaking. Two coats did the trick. This is a fabulous dark color that should look good on just about everyone.I got mine on EBay for $5.25.You should really check this one out!!!I will definitely be buying this again.

Iam not big on colors like this but it is a fun dark magenta with pink sparkles. Perfect for Christmas. Very stunning when the light hits it. Not child like cause it is pretty dark with 3 coats. I would buy another if I ran out!

This is such a beautiful polish with a great name.
I added three layers and the result was so dramatic.
I’m so glad that I chose this polish!

I picked this up as it looked nice in the bottle, but it looks even better on nails. A deep, rich magenta with little flecks of glitter. Beautiful and even better when the sun hits it!

OPI’s The One that Got Away is a dark magenta sparkly (but not glittery) polish with an almost glass-fleck finish. I’m not quite sure what to call the finish – it’s not glitter, it’s not foil, but it’s sparkly in a borderline glass fleck way!! The color is dark but not into vamp territory and could be worn by anyone probably at any time of the year (although I, myself, would stick to fall and winter). The application was perfect with no streaking and total opacity and bottle color at two coats (although I did three). Drying time was very quick and rock hard in 15 minutes with Seche Vite. I was able to get four days of wear out of this with no chipping (but changed colors due to minor tip wear from typing). This is a beautiful color and I would definitely buy it again.

This is the only polish from this collection that I fell in love with and would buy again. The One That Got Away is a super pretty shimmering raspberry. My bottle has a really nice and smooth formula.

“The One that got away” is from 2011 Katy Perry collection and unlike other colours in that range it is very wearable and timeless. It is a deep raspberry shade with small fuchsia glitter through it. It dries fairly fast and has a glossy finish. The glitter is suspended in the nail polish rather than floating on top which give this shade more dimension. It looks very flattering against my NC25 skin tone.
It started chipping after about 3 days which is pretty good for dark nail polish esp. given the fact i was going some major house work. However I was getting a bit tired of this shade by the end and can’t see re-purchasing it again as it is going to be an occasional nail-polish

I love this color. It’s a shimmery raspberry, and very beautiful shade. BUT you *need* to wear a base coat underneath if you are going to wear it for a while. I forgot, I wore it for about a week and a half, and my nails were DISGUSTING underneath. They were stained orange, it was gross.

The colour is a really pretty magenta with heaps of shimmer throught it. It’s not really fine shimmer but then again its not chunky glitter – it is a real happy medium. Application was really smooth and needed two coats for it to be opaque.

One of my favourite colours by OPI! It is the perfect deep, berry colour and I’m looking forward to using it during autumn and winter.
