Teal On Fire is from Spring 2015 Lava Collection from Cover Girl Outlast range. It’s a duo chrome, metallic polish. The colours predominantly shift between teal and black. There is also lilac shift to it, which is much more elusive on the nail.
I found the outter cap uncomfortable to hold. I am pretty sure you can remove it for ease of use, but mine just wouldn’t come off and in fear of breaking it I stopped trying.
The formula is a little runny, so I recommend you use thin coats, otherwise, like me, you will flood your cuticles. But, 2 coats was all I needed for perfect opacity.
I liked this polish, but I didn’t love it. So bearing in mind that Cover Girl polishes are not sold in the UK, I wouldn’t go out of my way to repurchase it. But I would recommend you try it if you like teals.
