I got a beautiful Mani yesterday and this color is so gorgeous! Light purple grayish! Totally a neutral for all occasions! Very classy!

The dye lot I had (gel formula in 2017) was more brown/grey taupe than lavendar but there is a cool-blue tint to this taupe,
Very versatile, neutral and cool. Easy to apply (so opaque – it covers everything!) and self-leveling. No issues. Perfect for a boring corporate mani. Very suitable as an interview color.

Hands down one of my favorite polishes. I just love the color and it’s got a great formula. I can usually do 2 coats without any patchiness or streaks. Amazing polish.

This light grey polish with a hint of lavender is actually quite surprising. It doesn’t look very impressive in the bottle but on the nails it is very pretty. I am fair skinned and thought this might look washed out on me but the purple tone really pops. It’s a cream and is completely opaque in two coats. The formula is a bit thick, so some might be able to get away with 1 coat. It looks fantastic on short or medium length nails. It’s perfect for work. Some say it seems more of a winter color but I am wearing it in the middle of June and it looks very spring or summery in the sunlight. But it could work in all seasons. I love most of the Brazil collection and this may be one of my favorites. I would definitely purchase again. I polished my nails on Monday without a top coat and the polish is still looking great on Friday!!

Beautiful shade and formula. Honestly one of my top go-to nail polishes… it has beach in the name but I love the colour in winter; looks really pretty against white snow and grey skies. It’s neutral enough to wear with most clothing (I wear it to work all the time and the uniform is bright red!) without being boring.

This is a really nice neutral polish. It fits in that sub-category of polishes in my collection which are SFW/conservative. It is a light greige creme with a very slight lilac undertone. Although I have several colors that are similar (SH Concrete is very close but a little more purple) I’ve never seen another polish exactly this shade. The color is fine on me but not the most flattering – it might be a little too taupe for my cool skin tone. I think the majority of people can pull off this shade though; it seems like it would flatter many skin tones. The formula is beyond excellent – super creamy and opaque, and wears well too. I am not sure if I would repurchase this since I have so many similar colors but that said I really do enjoy the formula and will reach for it again I’m sure. I would recommend this color for the office and maybe even job interviews since it looks very professional to me.

LOVE this formula. this could be a one-coater – not streaky, good opacity, good consistency. I love the thicker OPI brush too, since it helps give a more even coating.
This is a grey creme with a hint of lavender. Since I have tanned skin with a yellowish undertone, I find that the purple jumps out more in my skin than the swatches I’ve seen – I actually really like that. I think it’s a very wearable colour: subdued enough to wear in the office, and works in all seasons.

This came out in the Summer Brazil Collection for 2014 & to this day I am unsure why. I saved it for Fall and winter and just now have been wearing it. It doesn’t look summer at all. It’s very cool-toned grey/nude.
I am NW20 and it looks dark on my skin, while on others who are darker than me it looks more nude. If you are my tone and lightness, be ready for it to look more like a dark taupe.
Smooth superior formula that was so easy to apply I wanted to squeal lol. I wish all polishes were this easy to use. Wide and great brush and great OPI polish all around.

Wow!!! I love this colour on my NC25-30 skintone. IMO it’s my kind of nude nail colour, but with a cool pale grey-purplish undertone.
Anyways, This colour didn’t streak at all! I was really impressed… I could’ve gotten away with even one layer because it was also quite opaque. My cousin loved this colour so much, she’s also in the hunt for it… Unfortunately I think a lot of people liked this universally flattering colour, because we had a hard time looking for it. This OPI nail polish is a part if the Brazil spring- summer 2014 collection.
As usual, OPI has the same pro-wide brush that I love, since it covers most of my nail in one swipe and helps the colours apply easily on the nail bed. In addition, OPI is also 3 free – No Dibutyl Phthalate, Toluene, and Formaldehyde. An aesthetician friend of mine told me to stay away from formaldehyde since it’s the culprit that stains your nails yellow.

Taupe-less Beach is part of OPI’s 2014 Brazil collection. It’s a beautiful light taupe creme that leans towards the cooler side of taupe, more grey than brown. The grey actually has some muted mauve in it, which is more apparent in bright sunlight. It’s a really unique color – a very office appropriate cool neutral which is sophisticated and edgy. Even though it’s part of a spring and summer collection, it really can be worn year round. I don’t have anything else like it in my stash; OPI’s Berlin There, Done That is somewhat similar, except that it’s a darker and warmer (i.e. less grey, no mauve) taupe. Application was a breeze; it went on smoothly and evenly without streaking.
Update; this is a great summer-to-fall color – I’m wearing it in late August and it’s perfect for the transition from summer’s corals and bright pinks to fall’s burgundies and plums.
