This creamy medium to light bubble gum pink was easy to apply and took me only 2 coats to fully cover. Very cheerful color with my pale skin, but did not look childish at all like others have mentioned. Luckily, I found mine at my local TJMAXX for $3.99, so a good find! Perfect for spring or summer.

Suzi Shops & Island Hops is from OPI Hawaii Collection in 2015. This is a spring/summer collection of that year. The color is a light cool tone pink. It is a creme formula white base bright baby pink. I do agree with some of the viewers as this color is quite girly. Kind of teenage/baby girl would choose to wear that sort of pink.
The application is not very easy. I think OPI keeps trying different formula and once they have found it, for some reason, they change the formula again. Not sure why? I use three thin coats to make it opaque without making the polish very thick on my nails. If I look carefully at my nails, I can still see some very fine streaky lines. Not a very easy color to manage.
I choose not to buy this one again due to I am older now. I guess I prefer something more sophisticated and subtle then this sort of bright baby pink. I think it looks better to paint on my toes with this color than paint it on my fingers. I don’t see I will reach for this color very often.

Suzi Shops & Island Hops is a baby pink polish with a creme finish. I had no issues with the formula, it applies easily and without streaks or bald patches. I only needed two coats to reach full opacity. It dried quickly and to a shiny finish. The formula was not overly thick either. The colour is also gorgeous, a cool-tones pastel pink which looks great against fair or tanned skin. It also makes a lovely pedicure colour. It wore very well, lasting around 5 days when paired with base and top coat. It is a lovely girly colour which is still suitable enough to be worn in a conservative environment or work place. I love this one a lot!

Let’s start with the good – this color is gorgeous! Light barbie pink, and even as a pink enthusiast I really don’t have any dupe. And now the bad – the formula is terrible. About 3-4 coats for full opacity, and even then it’s a little streaky. It started chipping after a day or two. Disappointing, usually I am a fan of opi, but this failed…

I love OPI and I love this color!! I’m not sure as a manicure color but this is my new pedicure color would probably even look good as a french pedicure. I’m surprised at the low reviews this color is the perfect spring/summer pink IMO!! Another great one from OPI!

I loved this color in the bottle and really wanted to love it, but I just can’t. OPI’s formulas have been sadly hit-or-miss lately and I don’t know what’s up. This one applied in a streaky mess, even with very thin coats that were allowed to dry well in between coats. It took three coats to even it out, and I can only wear this on my toes because if you look closely, it looks like it was applied by a teenager. As a pedicure color, no one gets close enough to notice the mess that this formula is.

Love OPI but this color was way too pink for me. I love pink but this was a real baby/ barbie pink…. Looked child like but like all OPI colors super great formula. Maybe I will keep it for the toes!! Update: after trying it again i kinda like it.. Not sooo pink after all. Not sure why but after it had been used it the color kinda calmed down. Weird…. I would maybe buy again if I ran out!!

This is a cool-toned light barbie/bubble gum pink and it’s OK but no HG. Too manyy other pinks are prettier but this was OK for a summer pedi. First coat is very steaky – so use 2 coats and apply with care.
Not bottle-worthy but OK.

Suzi Shops & Island Hops is part of OPI”s 2015 spring and summer Hawaii collection. It’s an opaque light cool pink crème which veers into Barbie Doll territory. I’m giving it a thumbs down for two reasons: first, application was not that great (even though it was my manicurist, not me, who was applying it) and even after it dried, you can still see where it’s a bit patchy in places. The other reason is the color itself: I’m not a girlie-girl and this color, while pretty, is just not me.
