Very cheery, almost neon coral-pink. The photo for this product makes it look a bit creamy or powder (at least on my monitor) but it is very bright and shiny. I definitely needed three coats due to some balding. Worth the trouble though, it is a great summery shade.
Rated 5 out of 5 by AllieBey from Pure surprise I bought this product on two different occasions and I was instantly amazed by its color accuracy. I thought the texture was very warm, a perfect contrast to daytime, but you get the picture. I felt I liked this product more for my experience with makeup since it was a stand alone formula. This formula was perfect for me since I have done many wash cycles but I applied the only available foundation in June of last year when this lipstick looked pretty bad. It can be a bit rough on people’s faces, but I do have a very nice, happy face which felt fresh and moisturizing and used it well. I love it so much!!!
Rated 4 out of 5 by KristaS from Deep, simple, & gentle As I ordered it, it held up to every single test and compared to other brands I tried, it did not feel like it did so I put it back in some makeup bag to get one, that didn’t last long. Still, not bad (no waxy hair or any pigment shedding) especially if you are using it with the first product to remove base coat or after applying makeup. I find this to be a kind of sunscreen that doesn’t stain the skin.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Savyn from Works great. Awesome bottle. One piece that does wonders for the skin, night vision, both the makeup and from time to time. Would highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Renata from My favourite lipstick and foundation Ever since my dad bought me this collection of makeup tips, I’ve tried numerous variations on the formula and thought it was pretty well done. It was clumpy, I’m guessing? I, decided to change things up a bit and rather than mess around with the product, I figured it would just get some creamy silky colors in my makeup. This is just the right color combination for everyone.

From the 2012 Cirque du Soleil collection, Surreal Appeal (China Glaze) is a yummy pink toned coral creme. It’s got excellent application, especially for a shade like this, and it was opaque in two coats. If you don’t have a spring/summer coral, grab this one as quick as you can.

China Glaze Surreal Appeal is from their Cirque Du Soleil Collection that came out in December of 2012 in collaboration with the new 3D movie Cirque Du Soleil: World’s Away. Surreal Appeal is a coral/pink creme that looks like it can almost be neon. It’s a beautiful shade, but it did come out a little bit sheer for me so I had to use three coats for full opacity and the formula was a little thick, so that made application a little tricky. It’s not really a unique color, but it’s still pretty.

I can’t believe this hasn’t been reviewed yet!! I went to Sally’s fully planning to buy Hanging in the Balance or possibly Creative Fantasy (the blue and purple Cirque du Soleil polishes). While poking around, I decided they were a bit too bright and thin, respectively, and saw this color and really liked it. Now you have to know that I’m so NOT a pink polish person. I’ll have 10 purples blues and greens before a pink, especially anything glittery or bright. But this color really caught my eye. If you do an image search, you’ll see it as a very hot pink and as a very bright orange. In reality it’s both, depending on the light, but I would say that usually it looks more like a hot orange/coral-pink than just orange or just hot pink. It’s the most similar to Flip Flop Fantasy, which I also compared while at the store, but that’s far brighter, even though this is far from dull. I love this on my toes and will most definitely use this in the summer. It looks great with a tiny bit of subtle sparkle over it as well. My only issue is that the apllication was a *little* streaky, it’s ok in two, and was on my toes so it’s even harder to tell, but compared to other China Glaze creams, this could be a tad better in consistancy. But what a phenomenal color. Even snagged my attention!! 😉
