I don’t expect much from Wet N Wild but sometimes their polishes end up being pretty nice. This isn’t one of them though. It’s very sheer and looks streaky even at 3 coats. The drying time, like most Wild Shine colors, is pretty slow. It’s a jelly and dries to a shiny finish. I liked the shade in the bottle but it clashes horribly with my skintone on my toenails. I give this a low rating mostly for the crappy formula and dry time, not the color.

I did like the color a lot even though it looked weird with my skin tone. The finish of the polish was great. The only issues is it can be a bit streaky but more coats can solve that. It also dries very fast and you can get on the go after using it very quick.

I don’t dislike this product because of the color. I REALLY wanted this beautiful, bright-but-not-quite-neon orange to translate onto my fingernails. However, the formula leaves something to be desired. It’s absolutely unworkable. One coat is too thin and leaves too many gaps, two coats pools into the cuticles and STILL leaves gaps. I guess my expectations are too high for a 99-cent polish, but Wet ‘n’ Wild usually makes great polishes! Maybe I could make this work with some polish thinner; however, it’d probably be in your best interest to skip this one.

I think I bought this color a few years back when I first got into nail polish. I didn’t have anything like it and it was super cheap at Walgreens so I picked it up.
The color is nice (the name is perfect) and I would still wear it for a summer color or use it for nail art of some kind.
Unfortunately, with Wet n Wild you usually get what you pay for, which in this case is crap; The polish formula is not good at all..streaky, runny, not long lasting, etc. I keep it on hand for nail art.
EDIT 7/9/15
I have yet to reach for this nail polish again.

while I liked the color of this polish, it applied very streaky and uneven. I had to do 3 coats before it looked ‘ok’. Finish looked somewhat gummy even when it was fully dry.

This is a great tangerine nail polish. I love wearing it during summer since it’s a nice, warm orange color. The writing on the bottle wears off in a while, but you you can put clear nail polish over it if you want it to stay on. It has a nice brush that’s not too big or small. For just $1, you can definitely afford to add this to your nail polish collection. 🙂

I had wanted this polish for so long after seeing many swatches online . I wanted a bright orange color so I saw this and decided to buy it . The color is terrible on me . It’s not the bright orange I thought it was based off online swatches . It is orange but it’s a yellow orange and I feel like it clashes with my skin ( light- medium with yellow undertones ) . The application was streaky and it takes carefull application to get it right . The formula is rather runny and I wish the brush was bigger . Overall I would not buy this polish again . My hunt for the prefect orange continues.

I love this color! I already have backups. this is a creamy soft orange like zoya arizona but a bit lighter. this is the lightest orange i have ever come across. very much like and orange creamsicle.
takes 2 coats, sometimes three if i’m not careful. the brush is smaller than the pro wide, mani wide brushes in the other wnw lines, thankfully it isn’t a mop!
the wear depends on your base and topcoat. i found that this line the cremes work well with china glaze base and almost every other topcoat other than nubar. wnw didn’t play well with my nubar base and top coats, tended to lift at the tips after a day. no problem with others though. i typically slap a sally hansen topcoat when working with wnw.
the only drawback is that my local stores don’t stock this color very well. if i seeit, i buy it just in case they discontinue it.

I’m pretty undecided with this product. Although I do love the color and the application is good and so is the wear I just think it looks sort of odd with my skin complexion. I’m full Mexican and my skin is tan with a yellow tint. Overall I do like this polish and the price is unbeatable but I don’t see myself repurchasing since I probably won’t wear it that often.
