#1 – Black Magic was my 1st mani of 2019. It is a highly pigmented jet black base loaded holo micro glitters. It is absolutely gorgeous. The color reminds me of a black opal. (Sammy)
The formula was good spreading smoothly and evenly. There was no running or pooling. The micro glitters spread evenly with no manipulation on my part. Black Magic was opaque in one coat, but I used two per my usual mani routine.
It got good wear from this polish with no chipping for 5 days. Removal was slightly difficult because of the black base, but IMO that is the case with all highly pigmented black polishes. There was no staining.
This comes packaged in a standard polish bottle with the standard polish brush. It works well for storage and application.
Starrily polishes run about $15 per bottle. That is a bit more than I am comfortable paying on a regular basis but I did purchase this on sale. Despite the price I would repurchase this beauty.
