I have only one of these from the Star Attraction magnetic collection, the dark green polish called Reality Star. I found this at Big Lots! for $1.50. I do not recall the release date of this limited edition collection. This is the perfect green for fall. I have had many compliments on this one. I really enjoy looking at my nails and this is such a fun polish. I wish now that I had more from this collection. I have never used a magnetic polish before and I bought this one for the color not realizing until I got home that it had a special magnet on the cap to create the pattern with. This is a 1 coat polish. The formula is rich and dreamy this applies beautifully and evenly with 1 amazing coat. I painted one nail at a time and then immediately turned the cap upside down and held the magnet as close as I could get to the wet polish to create the image. I don’t really know how fast this works as I did a ten count on each nail. I didn’t hold it in exactly the same place on every nail though and some of the patterns aren’t quite a starburst, but this is still a fun eye catching look no matter how it turns out. I love the metallic finish of this and the brushed metal pattern. It comes alive with movement. I love love love this look. Now, the not so good:I had minimal tip wear already at the end of the first day and by the end of day two, I had really visible tip wear and even corner wear. I rarely get corner wear and it looks like the polish simply rubbed right off on the edges of my nails. By the middle of day three, now I have a couple of chips and the tip wear is to the point where this manicure needs to be removed. Not even three full days of wear. That is sad considering how pretty this is and how much I’d like to wear it a full week. I wear most polishes a full work week, which is 5 days, and they usually don’t need to be removed even then, it’s simply my day off and polish change day, so I’m disappointed this one didn’t make it. I really love the formula, the color, and the magic on my nails, why can’t it be durable? I’d say buy this if you don’t mind changing your polish frequently or you really really love this color and the look but do go into this knowing it’s going to be a weekender. I’d buy this again as it’s so pretty and so fun that I don’t mind it’s not so durable. I’ll just repaint them and enjoy them some more, after all it’s only a single coat of polish, remember?! I love this color and this look so it’s getting a 4.

I got these (Starry Eyed and Pop Star) in the RA clearance bins.
Starry Eyed is a metallic silver, and I haven’t used Pop Star yet. I didn’t use the magnet on my nails, because I’m not that coordinated! But the formula, to me, is great. It’s pretty thick, and I’ve been wearing this for almost three days and have only one small chip. You can’t see any brushstrokes either.
If you see these on clearance, I’d suggest getting a few. I’m hoping the green one is still at RA the next time I go by!

I Saw This Product In A Local London Drugs (Canadian Drugstore) I Bought The Colors “Star Crush” And “Reality Star” They Were 12.99! When Revlon Nail Enamel Is 6.99 And For What A Stick On Magnet? The Polish With Out The Effect Was Nice But The Magnet Was Shit The Effect Was Always Uneven Or Got Smashed Into The Nail Polish So I Used Them As Is And There Nice And I Got “Pop Star” For Free Since The Magnets (Cheap As Hell) Fell Off One I Had Already Bought Had The Magnets Fell Off NOT WORTH IT

Super pretty! I have a couple of these and bought them to wear plain, with no magnetic effects (I’m not a fan of the magnet designs overall). The mgnetic pigments give the polishes a pearly but frosted look, and the two I have are completely opaque in only one coat. They also wear surprisingly well, with only minor tip wear showing after several days, with the proper prep and a top coat. Too bad these are LE.

I’ve tried a couple of magnetic polish brands and neither of them worked on my nails. This is the first one that did. The magnet is strong enough to create the star effect. It’s really just a round disc glued on top of the bottle but hey, it works–and it works on the other polish brands, too. I got 4 of these at CVS yesterday. Regularly they are $9.99 but are on sale right now for $4.99 with $3 Extra Bucks each, which makes them only $1.99. I’m going to pick up a few more while it’s on sale. The formula is smooth and I needed only one coat. Wish they made more shades.
EDIT 071613 – Had to knock off a lippie. Several of the magnets have snapped off the tops of the bottles, and so far no glues I have are working to reattach them. UGH!
