Such a pretty, bright polish. It’s a warm-ish vibrant pink crelly (thinner than creme but thicker than jelly 🙂 that needs 2-3 coats to be opaque. The formula is superb…it practically floats on to my nails.
Super shiny even without top coat.
Love this one!

Spoken From The Heart was a limited edition polish released as part of OPI’s Hello Kitty collection. It is a gorgeous shade of pink-coral with a jelly finish. It is incredibly shiny, and looks best with three coats (though, as it is a jelly it is not fully opaque at this point, this is not a flaw with the polish though but rather just the nature of jelly finishes). It wears well, lasting around 4 days when paired with base and top coat. It is quite a bright and happy colour, perfect for warm days. I also love how it looks as a pedicure. I believe it would suit all complexions. I love a good, bright jelly polish and this one didn’t let me down! I would highly recommend picking it up if you can still find it.

Spoken From The Heart is from OPI Hello Kitty Collection 2016. It’s a blue based, coral (I know this sounds like a contradiction, but on the nail I see blue-based pink, yet it photographs coral, as you can see on my picture), crelly polish.
This polish doesn’t streak, but due to its crelly formula the first coat applied pretty sheer. The number of coats will depend on how sheer you want it to look. I used 3 coats and I can still just about make out my VNL. The colour looks very summery.
The only reason I marked it down is because I am not generally a fan of jelly/crelly polishes. I wish this polish was a creme, but then maybe if it was a creme it would have lost some of that ‘juiciness’.

I really liked the Hello Kitty collection from last year, and this is one of my favorites from it. It’s like the pinkest coral to ever pink. It’s definitely pink, but the orange tone of a coral is ever present. The finish reminds me of a crelly due to how it dries, but it applies opaque in two coats like a standard creme. It actually covers extremely well in one coat- it just has just enough VNL to prompt a second. I’ve also had minimal flooding while applying. It dries wet paint glossy (but still use that topcoat if you want it to last!) and to a delicious juicy, squishy texture. So cheery! Very fun shade that’ll be perfect in summer but also looks good any other time of the year.

This is such a great color and formula. Usually I can’t do super bright, blue based hot pinks but this has some warmth so it’s perfect. Not too “loud” if you know what I mean. A more “classy” hot pink. Goes well with my pale, neutral skin tone. Would repurchase! ????????????????????

As many who have dabbled in frequent nail painting can attest, OPI generally has some pretty decent polish colors and quality. This one however knocks it out of the park. The color is nothing earth shattering but good for Spring/Summer but the formula is where this polish really shines – NO streaks, great self-leveling, practically perfect in just one coat. Two coats offers full coverage. I always use a top coat so not sure how dull this appears on it’s own, but I’m telling you….it’s like this polish knew exactly what to do when it got on my nails – I barely had to hold the brush to help it along. Good thing I like the color because I can see myself reaching for this again and again simply because it was so easy.
And thus this concludes the time I presumably lost my mind and decided to write a nail polish review.

OMG. This is probably the best OPI nail polish I have encountered in a long time. I love hot pinks. That is my signature color. This is a beautiful hot pink that is not over the top with the ever slightest tinge of a coral in it. The formula is a dream. The application could be one a coater, but I always like to go for two. It goes on so smooth. The finish is a shiny creme. I am on day 3 and no chips and no wear. My nails are peelies so I can’t go a day without a chip but my manicure is looking as good as I first applied. This is a manicure I did too, not one I got at the salon (those tend to last longer on me). This will be my goto color for now on.

Updated review…. I bought it, then returned it without using it, fearing it would pull orange. But then I convinced myself it was the fish that got away, so I bought it again. Haven’t we all done that? Below is my new review…
Pinky red, but has coral in it too. Little darker and more red then Elephantastic Pink, lighter and more pink than Cajun Shrimp. Here is the warning…..there is a possibility the touch of coral will make it look different based on the lighting. Also, for me since I’m so warm, anything with even a bit of coral pulls orange on me.
Pics taken with a skylight above. So, this would be the warmest lighting – great to show you how it could morph colors..
Arrrrrrrrrgh. Yes, in warm indoor lighting, on warm skin: it definitely pulls orange (very annoying byproduct of coral polishes). In some lighting, it reminds me of Live, Love, Carnival (which I do not own, but remember the shade). Presto chango pink. Overall, the color reminds me of coral geranium flowers or a fruity tropical drink. In the sun, it’s like more like pink grapefruit. Really pretty and juicy looking. I’ve worn it 2 times already.
Great crelly formula. I prefer 3 coats for crellies for the full depth of color. Of note: it’s not screaming bright. I think Cajun Shrimp is brighter, even though it’s a darker shade. I think the crelly finish of Spoken softens the loudness factor? Make sure you stay clear of your cuticles to avoid flooding.
All this said… It’s quite pretty and punchy. I’ve gotten quite a few compliments wearing it. If you are really fair, I think it would look great on you!
