This is a beautiful neutral with a difference. As others have said, its a lovely light soft grey, but i see a hint of sage in this as well. Its beautiful, sophisticated and work appropriate.
No complaints about the formula, a little streaky on the first coat, but give it a minute or two to self level and then apply a thin second coat and its beautiful and opaque.
I think this will be a valued neutral in my stash for many years to come.

Several swatches online made S&G look like a slight taupe gray so I was a bit wary when purchasing this online, but I was surprised to see that on my very fair skin tone, its just a beautiful, true light gray.
Peoples eyes just seem to gravitate towards my nails when I wear this and I’ve received a lot of compliments. Contrary to its scary name, it’s just so chic and feminine, a nice change from your typical girly colors of pinks and reds.

Greyish/cream/beige colour that looks very classy. It’s also a very unique shade and suits any colour of clothing. Very wearable!

The formula on S&G is up to the standards one has come to expect from OPI. The color is a light grey. After wearing this for a few days I am growing to like it. However, I do find the grey to be a little too light for my skin tone. My opinion may change in time, but for now I will look for a darker grey. I would have rated it a little higher if not for the lightness of the color.

OPI Skull & Glossbones [Pirates Of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides collection] is a muted, light grey creme shade. On me it looks lighter then it does in the above photos, so is a subtle, go-with-everything shade, when you don’t know what to wear. This polish is smooth to apply, leaving no bubbles or streaks, is opaque in two coats, and I was impressed with the drying time.
Using my usual base and top coats this polish will last me around three/four days with only minimal wear; but I am tough on my hands and regularly bash and catch my nails (self powered wheelchair user), so it will probably last longer on other people.

Well I love the color. I think it’s a gorgeous shade and it looks great with my pale skin, but it takes more coats, dries slower, and chips sooner than cheaper brands so why pay so much more for the polish?

I absolutely love this grey! I found it on clearance for 4 dollars at my local beauty supply store. It’s perfect for my pale skin (NC15). Applies evenly in 2-3 coats with a nice glossy finish 🙂 highly recommend!

I love to wear this polish. It is a great neutral without being boring. This gray works better for me than any others as I have found, as it is lacking the blue undertones. I have warm-toned skin and this seems to brighten my complexion. It is silky smooth to apply and two coats give great opacity.

I got this color as part of the mini PotC set. This polish is such a unique and lovely bone shade with a hint of grey. I am amazed that I can pull this color off since tan polishes are usually a no go for me. It is a interesting neutral – very work and school friendly while still standing out. Because it has more of a yellow under tone than most greys I think it would be the ideal grey for warm skin tones. The formula is the same as with the other two light colors from this collection (Stranger Tides, Steady as She Rose) in that it is streaky on the first coat or two, but three coats levels it out completely. So that knocks off a lippie, but this color is still rocking my world right now. Actually, the whole PotC collection is pretty amazing imo, but this is one of my favorite picks from it.

Beautiful color, and true to its name!. This polish is very shiney on the nail. It does look as though i have already put on my top coat :P. This is polish is, HOWEVER, fairly streaky and for that it loses two stars :(.
