First of all the color in the bottle pictured is nothing at all what it looks like! It is a very pale pink, not a bright cotton candy pink! Tutu Thrill by Sinful Colors is new for 2019. It’s Step 1 in the Gel Tech Shine.
It’s a fabulous stark pale pink (almost a pinkish-white). Consistency is good, a bit on the heavy side but it handles well on the brush. It’s highly pigmented, a great payoff! The first coat is streaky, of course (as all pale colors are). The second coat covers perfectly, it self levels, opacity is perfect and with the top coat it gives a professional, week long manicure.
