The color of this one is amazing and I love it, but for me that’s really the only big good thing about this. No matter what I do, it always chips and wears off really quickly. These are also pretty expensive especially here in Finland, so I think you can definitely get a lot better product with a lot lower price.

I picked mine up as part of a mini trio set for £1, so price wise,never if it chipped off a day later for £1 it’s a bargain. Saying that, if I’d paid regular retail price I’d be very unhappy.
Firstly, the bottle is mini but the brush is full size, I usually like this but it’s almost impossible to dip the brush in and out without tipping the bottle over, I find that when I hold the base of the bottle with wet nails, I catch them and dent the polish. It took me three attempts to finish my nails.
The formula is very think, but dries quickly, meaning you have to apply quickly, I like to take my time with darker colours and try not go paint my actual finger, but I found with this that it had started drying before I’d even finished a nail, making the polish clumpy and very uneven.
The first layer looked an utter mess but thankfully evened out by the second coat, even then there were still a few sections that you see the nail through when in light, so in total I had to apply three thickish coats

The colour itself is gorgeous, but isn’t much different to Black Cherries by Rimmel which is much more pleasant to use and drys much much quicker. So sadly I wint be repurchasing this and I’m really hoping the other two shades in the set behave differently. For £1 I’ve not lost much though.

Absolutely stunning Vampirella color. First layer looks like dark blood and second layer gives nails the desired opaque darkest red color.

A really awesome dark polish for the Fall/Winter seaon. Every winter I go darker…clothes…hair… nails…and mood (but thats another story). This polish completes the look with any color. I love it emerald, maroon, and khaki attire.

Beautiful nail polish; I especially adore Shearling Darling on my toes in the fall or winter. Stunning Oxblood color. Two coats is PRIME. Almost a black- with just a hint of the deepest, darkest red. Lovely, just lovely. Can’t get enough of you Essie! ❤️

Gorgeous Merlot/Oxblood color. I bought the Winter 2013 minis collection w/ Shearling Darling, Toggle the Top, Mind your Mittens and Sable Collar. This one is def. my favorite and can be used year round (if you’re into darker colors). Good for toes too!
