This is my first F.U.N Lacquer polish. It is a Singapore based indi polish maker. I bought mine through their UK stockist, Rainbow Connection. Shana was made in collaboration with RC for its 3rd year anniversary (one of three polishes created). It’s a blurple polish with scattered silver holo and silver holo flakes. On me it looks more blue than purple (I would have preferred it the other way around).
The consistency of this polish was a little thin – I used 3 coats to make sure there were no sheer patches. But, it applies really well and easy to build up. It dried to a slightly matte finish, so I would recommend a shiny top coat. It wears really well – no chips or major tip wear. It is easier to remove than any glitter polish, but it didn’t come off as easily as I expected.
On the nail it reminded me of Picture Polish Forget Me Not, which I wore recently. This is another polish, which I really like, but don’t love. I think it would look different with different skin tones, so wouldn’t discourage anyone, who is thinking of buying it, but I wouldn’t repurchase it myself.
