I saw there are a couple of reviews on here for Mavala Dusty Rose, which I believe are for the same polish.
Rose Dust is a nude polish with subtle silver shimmer. I rarely wear nude/neutral polishes, I struggle to pick the ones to compliment my skin tone. This one works for me. The quality is great too. You can wear it as 1 coat or build it up for more dense colour (2 coats on my picture). It looks stunning topped with China Glaze Fairy Dust.
I couldn’t bring myself to give 5 lippies to a nude polish, but I like Rose Dust. I would definitely repurchase this polish.

Had low expectations given the price — got rid of that bias in a hurry! This is a beautiful neutral with a good formula — goes on well, wears nicely. (Agreed that a shiny topcoat is wanted, though.)
Highly recommended for cool skin tones and anyone wanting a pink that isn’t too bubblegum/a neutral that isn’t *too* boring. Definitely on my “eek! Hope this is never discontinued…” list.
(L’Oréal’s “Doutzen’s Nude” is by no means a dupe, but has a good bit in common — great on cool skin tones, a toned-down pink that’s conservative without being too dull.)

Rose Dust by Sinful Colors is from Spring 2015. I like to use it in the Spring. It’s a great neutral, a light dusty pink mauve with subtle silver shimmer. It’s a bit thick (probably because it’s 2 years old) so I added a few drops of Seche Vite Restore to thin it out.
It’s a concentrated color, good opacity, covers well in 2 coats. A top coat of Seche Vite added a beautiful gloss.
