This magic topper is a beauty and looks great layered over so many different shades. It’s a red to gold to green sheer top coat that changes with light’s angles on your nails. I especially loved one coat of ILNP Scarlet over two coats of Essie Devil’s Advocate, a super dark raisin purple, sealed with Seche Vite.
It was also gorgeous over a one-dimensional, cheap black polish; a light navy, Smith + Cult’s Kings and Thieves; and the new ILNP Black Orchid, which was a bit dull without the extra pizzazz and fire of Scarlet.
Can’t wait to see how it looks over other polishes!
