This is a new color for summer 2019. Eleni is described as seafoam blue, but I would call it robin’s egg or the color of a Tiffany’s box. In any event, it is a lovely blue, bit deeper than pastel, not quite turquoise, with a green tint to it. On my fair, cool skin it looks good (I know this color palette suits me). It’s a typical thin Zoya cream formula. It went on streaky for the 1st coat but them was smooth and opaque after the 2nd. I recommend putting on thin coats. I used the original Zoya brush; you might prefer the new Z-Wide brush. I have not tried their wide brush yet, to be honest. I checked I won’t buy again only because I rarely rebuy nail polish in the same color. I like too many new ones! But if I used this up and don’t find another blue in this shade, sure I’d rebuy.
I happen to like Zoya a lot, maybe the most of the mid-priced polishes. I find OPI a bit thick and Essie tends to separate, while Jessica Custom Colours take a long time to dry, even the sheers. YMMV of course. For the record, I used Jessica’s Rejuvenate base coat (I really like their base coats) and Orly Polishield, my new top coat find for Zoya polish (i was not a fan of Armor/Anchor when I tried them).
My previous Zoya mani lasted a week without chips or tip wear. I will report back how this one hold up in a few days.
