Power Dressing is a blue jelly polish. I guess this polish didn’t stand much chance with me to begin with, as I am not a fan of jelly polishes. This was a gift.
It applies really nicely – I used 2 coats. Even though I would be buying this polish myself, I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a dark blue jelly.
As a side note, this polish works really well as a base for Deborah Lippmann Across the Universe. Because I love Across the Universe, this mini bottle of Power Dressing will get used up, otherwise it would be a purge.
