This is a textured glitter polish in a yellow-toned nude matte base, with the glitter being a bit lighter than the base. To me, this looks like sparkly oatmeal porridge. I don’t mind it (I actually find it unique), but the colour is too drab and too yellow to look good with my pale, cool-toned skin. Bummer.
Application is fine. It’s a little sheer on the first coat, and might be slightly sheer with a second, though it’s close enough to opaque to call it that. Removal is kind of a pain in the neck, as you’d expect from a glitter polish, but it’s not as bad as some.
Overall, I think this is a polish that’s only going to work for someone who can wear muted yellows. My daughter, with her warm, peaches-and-cream complexion, can pull this off beautifully. I wish Zoya made another Pixie Dust nude that was more flattering to cool-toned skin, though, because this one is a bust for me, sadly.

OHMYGOODNESS! I have fairly conservative taste in np, so I am surprised w/ how much I love this. I was curious to try a Pixie Dust polish during a Zoya sale, and decided on Godiva as it looked like the safest choice. It is a nude crelly w/ fine silver glitter and it looks like diamond dust on the nails to me…so beautiful and unique while still being classy and understated. Due to the color and texture of the polish it applied extremely effortlessly and is the fastest drying nail polish I’ve tried. I settle on 2 coats (w/ base, no top) and there is a lil nail line visible, but not noticeable and I actually like how it looks w/ it. I thought the texture would bother me, but it’s actually not bad at all. I’ve only had this on for a day (was too excited to wait to review), so I can’t comment on longevity yet, but will update this in a few days. I will definitely consider trying another Pixie Dust.

Spectacular. I would normally never have considered a matte glitter polish. I would have ruled it out as being too young (I’m in my 50s) and inappropriate for my conservative office. But this is so gorgeous and surprisingly sublte. It’s a champagne color, not too yellow, and almost reads nude against my pale skin. There is no shine at all. But the tiny glitter catches the light in the daylight and very subtly when I move my hands in artificial light. The texture is matte and sand-like, but not enough to scratch or snag fabrics. The bonus is you do not use base or top coat, so it’s super quick. This is an elegant, sophisticated look. Nothing disco ball about this. If you’ve liked OPI Chicago Champagne Toast, try this.

This is one of my all-time favorite polishes. The color is subdued and professional and the sparkle is simply exquisite. The formula of this polish takes it to a whole new level with the texture and the way it catches the light. I love that it’s easy to apply, and you don’t need a base or top coat so it’s perfect for when I don’t really feel like putting on nail polish. It also wears nicely without chipping off in big chunks, which means I can keep it on my nails longer without anyone noticing it may have some tip wear.

Finally, a Zoya nail polish that lasts more than 4 days on me! I love this. The color is a beautiful shimmering champagne gold with silver sparkles. The textured effect is exquisite. Putting this on isn’t too difficult. I recommend putting on three thin coats for the perfect opaque color. Do not use thick coats, it won’t dry well, and the next layer will be harder to put on. I used a based coat, even though Zoya recommends not using one. I did not use a top coat. To be safe, I put this on an hour before I went to sleep, and so when I woke up and it was dry. As with all nail polish before it dries, do not put your hands in a position where your nails will be pressed on.

Pixie Dust gateway. Spectacular in sunlight, quiet indoors. Wears like iron, easy application. The perfect compliment to natural linen attire. Can be dressed up or down. Universally flattering.

Zoya can be hit or miss, so I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect of the Pixie Dust line. But I was happily surprised to find that Pixie Dust is a big improvement over OPI’s disappointing Liquid Sand polishes. Pixie Dust has smaller glitter in it, so the overall effect is a lot more muted, adult and wearable that OLS’s. They also don’t use any childish heart and star glitter as OLS sometimes does. ZPD is the perfect way to wear the textured polish trend in a way that is still office-appropriate. Godiva is a lovely subtle nude color and the finish shows tiny specks of silver glitter. The ZPD finish just looks better than OLS’s. OLS’s finish is kind of chunky and odd-looking, so I never end up wearing it for long. ZPD’s usually lasts for a few days before tip wear starts to show and I can often get it to 5 days with tip touch ups. For a polish that you can’t wear with top coat (if you still want it matte and textured) that is pretty impressive. I’m a fan of the ZPD formulation and this color in particular. Will definitely repurchase.

Luv, it is the perfect nude for summer. Easy, no need for base/top coat and you can easily fill in chips. You can use it as a top coat over other pink/beige nudes to add some sparkle. To add more shine, you can put a top coat over it…. LUV

I love this polish. Godiva is in the Pixie Dust collection which is matte and sparkly at the same time. Godiva is a great nude color. Since I exclusively wear nudes on my fingernails, it was a must have for me. I get tired of plain polish and this adds fun, yet still maintains the classy-ness of a nude nail. I used a base coat and at the end of a hard week (moving my parents) only one nail had a slight chip. I got a trial of Zoya’s nail polish remover and it took the polish off easily.
