Dior are my favorite nail polishes by far:
– Nice color selection, and 403 Palais Royal is no exception (see the stock photo I uploaded)
– Palais Royal is a very elegant medium grey with a hint of lavender and not too much brown
– Gloss finish
– Smooth application, rich opaque color with two coats
– Relatively fast drying
– The brush is wide and very pleasant to work with
– Two coats plus top coat result in very impressive longevity
$27 before tax is definitely a steep price, but I feel it’s worth it due to its high quality.

I ordered this polish expecting it to be a neutral beige. Instead, it’s a lavender gray color.
It has a thin quality and dries quickly. I used two coats under Dior’s Top Coat Abricot, and while my manicure lasted, the color just didn’t work for me.
So, I like Dior polishes, (and especially their brushes), but not this color.
