I use this to transform an existing mani that has gotten boring. It’s a clear/milkyish base with multi-color glitter. It dries quickly but also matte, so you need a top coat to make it shiny. I got it on sale at Wags for 99 cents.

After swearing off glitter nail polish for many years I’ve finally come back to it on a limited basis. Opal Glitter was the only Sinful glitter top coat I found at my local Rite Aid – but I really love it over SH Pacific Blue. The glitter is blue, amber, silver, green and white – truly opalescent. It actually dries relatively smooth. The only way this glitter top coat could be improved would be if the glitter pieces were various sizes. Other than that I love this for accent nails, and will definitely be purchasing more Sinful glitters in the future.
