Olivera is a beautiful dark blue-green nail polish. I expected it to look more dark forest green, but it has a significant blue undertone to look almost navy in evening lighting. Nevertheless, I love it. It is fully opaque in one coat. It dries fast; it doesn’t stain nails even slightest. Gorgeous nail polish!v Perfect for cooler months or for those who love very dark shades all year around.

Olivera is a supposed to be duo chrome polish (purple/blue base with green shimmer), but on the nail I could only see green (possibly shifting towards black), metallic polish. The only time I saw purple was on the pad, when I went to remove the polish. Still, it’s a nice colour, if you like green, which I do.
The formula is amazing. This polish is a one-coater. it is easy to apply. It is quick drying and it lasts well.

Olivera is an exceptionally beautiful polish. It is part of Zoya’s Holiday 2016 Enchanted Collection. Zoya describes Olivera as an metallic indigo base with a green/purple flip. Flip is Zoya’s term for a duochrome. I also see a bit of green shimmer in the color mix in bright light.
Olivera is very well pigmented and could easily be a one coater. Per my usual habit I used two coats. The formula was wonderful, smooth and creamy. The texture was really nice and the consistency was perfect, not too thin or too thick.
This comes packaged in the standard Zoya polish bottle with the standard nail polish brush. It isn’t innovative but it works well.
I paid $5.00 for this bottle as I got a promotional price. Typically Zoya is $10 per bottle and well worth the cost but Zoya has lots of sales so you can frequently pick up this high quality polish at a bargain price.
I would definitely repurchase Olivera as I find it both lovely and unique. I will report back in a few days on wear and the color flip aspect of the polish. (Too dark now to tell how it looks.)
UPDATE: 11/06/16 – I got really good wear with this polish with no chips until yesterday. I used CND Stickey base coat and Grace-Full Angel Glaze top coat. If you are looking for a polish with a big color shift this isn’t the polish for you. The shift is very subtle reflecting mostly deep green and every now and then a flash of purple depending on the lighting. The blue base is so deep that is almost looks black a great deal of the time. Removal was a little messy but easy. I got no staining. All in all I still love this polish and find it unique.
