Noir is from Zoya’s Fall 2014 Ultra PixieDust Collection. It’s a grape, texture, glitter polish.
When I bought it (whilst in the US last year), I didn’t see it said PixieDust on the bottle, I just liked the glitter in the bottle. I am not a fan of textures or matte polishes, so Noir wouldn’t be my natural choice. For that reason I am not a fan of this polish’s finish as it was intended, but I love it with a shiner top coat. Beware, to get glassy finish, you will need 2 or 3 coats of thick top coat, but the end result is worth it. Being a glitter polish, it is not easy to remove, but that is to be expected.
I would recommend this polish if you like textures, but if you want it smooth and shiny – there are better options out there. One of the polishes I own which is similar is by Painted Polish called Vineyards & Velvet.

I bought a box of Nubar duo chrome polishes, which came with Noir. It was included to be used underneath the duo chrome polishes, as they are too thin to be worn by themselves. I believe this polish can be bought independently.
Noir is a black cream polish. It is opaque in 1 coat. I like Nubar caps – I find them easy to grip due to their shape and texture. The brush is easy to work with too, providing clean lines around the cuticles. I wouldn’t hesitate to repurchase this polish.
