Last summer I was on the hunt for a bright bright neon pink, and purchased several nail polishes before finding this one. It’s the brightest neon pink I have found, which is exactly what I wanted, however the quality isn’t that great.
It peels like a mother. I would have to repaint my nails everyday, and about 2 hours after painting them they would chip a bit, and by the end of the day I was missing color completely on some of my nails. But alas, I do LOVE this color. It’s so vibrant and funky. I actually love the fact that it dries fast, and dries matte!! I really like the neon pink matte look. Sometimes I add a clear gloss coat on top, but I find that it dulls the brightness down a bit and actually makes my nails turn orange when I do that…so I prefer to keep them matte.
If you cannot find a neon pink thats bright enough for you, then I recommend this…but be warned that you’ll have to figure out tricks to get it to stay on.

I bought the punki pink color because I couldn’t find a neon pink in any other brand (wanted the Essi one). A day after painting my toes, I noticed the polish was missing from one of my toenails, as if it had completely fallen off. I proceeded to peel off the others just as easily. This is something I’d expect from nail polish that was 99 cents, but this wasn’t. I never use any other polish but Essie and now I know why…

I’m on my 3rd bottle of this. It’s a great neon pink, slightly too orangey, but adding a bit of white to it fixes that.
It does chip and peel a lot, but that is easily fixed as well, by doing a base coat of a shimmery or fine glitter polish first.
It also takes at least 4 coats to be totally opaque, I think I usually do at least 5 coats, but it dries almost immediately, so no problem. It also dries matte, so an extra shiny top coat is needed as well.
All the extra work doesn’t bother be since this is so far the brightest neon pink I have ever found. It looks great on my toes.
It’s also nice to mix with other pinks that aren’t quite bright enough. I’ve made some nice shades by mixing other pinks with this one.
