I own a miniature of this polish, which was a part of my Ciate Advent Calendar last year. It’s a glitter polish/topper: silver glitters, stars and half moons, all suspended in clear jelly.
I wouldn’t use it by itself, so I applied it over another Ciate polish (blue metallic). I used a sponge to apply it, as I wanted to create a gradient effect. It was easy enough to apply. The stars and the moons are a little difficult to fish out, but I managed to get at least one for each nail.
This is not the sort of glitter I would use often, hence why I wouldn’t repurchase it, but it is a fun glitter to own.
