Purchased this as a St Patrick’s Day color but I believe it would be nice fall/winter color too. It’s my first duochrome and I love the effect, sparkling grass green head on and bronze-y as you tilt from side to side. Available still at a reasonable price.

Gorgeous color. Thought it would be great for Halloween, but once it was on my nails, realized just how pretty this color really is for anytime. Almost a one coater, two coats really deepens and shows off more of the glow. Amazing emerald green, rosy copper, and bronze flash at every turn. So original, easy to apply, smooth and wears well. Glad I bought two at the time, love these gem type of colors!

Fantastic multi shade chrome polish. 3 main shades are green ,copper and purple , visible as you move your hands. There is also a gold fleck going through it. I used 2 coats, no brush strokes visible with this chrome.funishing with a top coat seche vite for shine. Tip wear is good but I have acrylics on. Great shade , worth buying if you can find it. It’s from the Coca Cola collection 2014.

I first saw this color on my best friend. She has lovely, cool-toned skin and this color is infinitely flattering on her! So much that I finally broke down and went with her to a beauty supply store to pick one out. As people have mentioned in other reviews before mine, OPI’s Green on the Runway is this beautiful duochrome emerald green with a smoky brownish/maroon cast, depending on what lighting you are in. On my olive complexion it mainly looks like a vivid green but I’ve noticed when I go into darker lighting this color looks more of a brownish shade. In the sunlight, it is beautiful, sparkling grass green color. I can’t speak to the staying power yet but, two coats is just enough and the application is so smooth! This color is gorgeous and definitely worth a buy! However, I personally think it looks better on my bestie with her blue undertones in comparison with my olive, greenish undertones. Still pretty, though and will certainly buy again!

From OPI’s 2014 Coca-Cola collection, this green duochrome is meant to evoke a Sprite can. While I can’t say I think it does anything like that, it is a very cool polish.
Chrome finish, as you’d expect, and a very pronounced colour change. I’ve worn a lot of duochromes and many of them are really underwhelming in terms of the colour change. This one, however, is really impressive. In some light, it’s a bright, clear, shimmery, medium green. In other light (particularly raking light), it’s a coppery brown. Then sometimes it’s a sort of muddy green, sometimes it’s an oliveish green, and sometimes the nails appear brown on one side and green on the other. I wore this polish on a day trip and was repeatedly distracted (in a good way!) by the way the polish changed in the varying light circumstances as we drove and then moved around our destination. I found it quite mesmerising, and as I own 300+ polishes, that is saying rather a lot. I’m not easily distracted by my nails!
This polish is flattering on my pale, cool-toned complexion (all colours, including the olive green, which is normally not good on me at all).
Application is straightforward, and I thought I might get away with one coat (using a medium-thick coat, as I normally do), but really needed two coats to bring out the full depth of the duotone. Wear is fine, no unusual chipping or other wear, but I did wear this with topcoat, so that helps in every situation. Being a chrome, it can accentuate ridges or other imperfections in your nail, so you might want two coats of base or a good ridge filler, etc.
I have to say, I’m pretty darned impressed with this polish, and I like it a lot more than I expected to do.

This is my very fave metallic polish! Its so flattering and the unique shades of deeper green and brownish burgundy type purple look different at every angle – I know, I know, that’s what a metallic polish is supposed to do/look like, right? But the thing is, they usually don’t do it with a real big “bang”. This one does.
I can do one coat and be satisfied, or I can go for the gusto and do 2-3 for a really intense pay-off. I really love this in the fall as it gives a nice pop of vixen type rebellion, taking my typicall fall look of browns and nuetrals for eyes and lips up a notch. What else can I say? I just ordered my second bottle of this and I rarely go through nail polishes! This one is just lovely.

I love unusual colors and this one fits the bill. It’s mainly a swampy metallic green but it shifts to copper at an angle. The formula is fine though the first coat dragged a bit. It’s not sheer like you would think and was opaque at 2 coats with no brushstrokes. It also has good staying power. I really like it!

I bought it because it looked very unusual in the bottle and thought it would be a nice addition to my swelling collection. I was a little unsure of how I felt about this colour when I first applied it, but it grew on me. Every time I looked at my nails the colour looked different (it changes at different angles). After day 5, there still wasn’t visible signs of edge wear, but I removed it anyway, as I couldn’t wait to try other colours. I am very pleased I bought this.

Gorgeous in the mini-bottle – my 9 year old bought the 10 piece Coca Cola set.
Irridescent Blackish Green. What it has to do with Coca Cola is beyond me – it is NOT Sprite-Can green. It is much prettier.
Have not applied it yet.

OPI’s Green on the Runway is from its 2014 Coca Cola Collection. As I understand it, each color is supposed to have some connection with Coca Cola or one of its products. Green on the Runway is supposed to be a tribute to Sprite, I’ve heard, but I find that to be a little misleading. First off, Sprite is clear in color, so they obviously are giving a nod to the green bottle. This polish color, however, is more akin to an insect green, kind of like the irridescent green you’d find on a fly. It’s a lovely color and I don’t have any other green like it amongst the many green polishes I have. It has the same quality you’ve come to expect from OPI. I’ve had it on my toes for over two weeks now, topped with Sally Hansen Mega Shine Topcoat, and there is no visible wear. Thumbs up.
