I’ve tried loads of other lower and higher-end polishes: Sally Hansen, Wet and Wild, Essence, Avon, OPI, Essie, Nicole, CND etc. and for the price/wear, plain old Revlon polishes always come out on top. The formula is thin enough to be buildable but isn’t so thin as to be runny. Dries fairly quickly and, as long as you use a base coat, settles nicely into your nail. The colours are lovely, though I wish they had more pastel/cream colours a la Essie. These polishes last for about 5 days without significant chipping as long as I reapply topcoat a couple of days in. For that, Revlon’s Gel Envy topcoat is also my fave. I feel like, at this point, I should give up on the pricier long-wear polish and just stick with these. They don’t claim to be something they’re not and end up being better than a lot of polishes promising more.

, it could have blown off, but it had silver on it or some metal blemishes or have blue pop of the polish…then were people wondering why I kept on buying this polishes.I wish it was discontinued, but this one is better than it looks.

Revlon nail polish is a VERY CHEAP, LOW QUALITY formula. I made the terrible mistake of buying the nail polish with a coupon and selected the color “Romantique” a very pretty warm pink and a neutral pink shade. The polish chips terribly and was not worth the money I paid for it. The brush is very thin and takes many applications to cover for one coat. So disappointed.
I will never use it for a manicure again and only use it up for a pedicure to get rid of it. I am soured on this brand of polish forever.
Don’t bother purchasing it. It is just not worth it.

Dior’s polishes are among my favorites.
– Some of them need only one coat.
– Contrary to Chanel polishes, they don’t chip off after a day or two.
– The color range is amazing. The reds and pinks are just delicious.
– They don’t take ages to dry.
Dior should do more matte finish polishes, 614 Jungle Matte and 999 Matte Red are THE. BEST. MATTES. EVER.
If you don’t mind splurging on a nail polish, Dior Vernis is a great choice. Very consistent range.

Doesn’t worth the price.
I was looking for a light shade nail polish, I know those are especially tricky. And since I love Dior Apricot base (can be used on its own for a perfect neutral ‘bride’ color) I thought I’d have good luck with the brand.
Unfortunately – no.
The brush is awesome and very easy to work with, but light colored polishes get streaky. It was a big surprise since the Apricot base levels itself out pretty great that the polish doesn’t. Minimum three coats are must, and manicure still far from perfection.
The darker polishes (I got Lucky shade) are very opaque and non-streaky at all. They dry fast on the nails and dry fast in the bottle. The lasting power isn’t impressive. I’d say 3-4 days.
Won’t buy it again.

As a disclaimer I am not a collector nor an expert on nail polish or its application. But I do love the color selection, wear and ease of application of these polishes. With two coats over a base coat, this wears a week on my fingers and four weeks on my toes without chipping. And it looks super shiny like glass and is streak free. The brush is fantastic, wide and rounded so I find application much easier than with other brands. $27 a bottle is expensive, but after a bad experience at the same price level with Chanel I will stick with Dior as long as they offer it.

I have only ever purchased one day your nail polish. It is the color Tra La La. I don’t know if I am doing something wrong but it dries and the color is streaky / blotchy. I am so disappointed. It’s a pretty shade and I wish the finished polish looked nicer. The bottle it cute. The brush is really nice. Maybe I got a bad batch?! I don’t recommend this one.

I have to say that from all the nail polish brands that I’ve tried (and famous ones like OPI, Essie, Nails Inc), Dior nail polish is the best. It’s long lasting (nail polish only last 2 days without chipping on my nails and Dior doubles this) and so shiny, almost like a jelly look. It looks soo pretty!
I have the colour 658 Capeline, which is a vibrant coral pink which was limited edition but it seems to me that Dior does a lot of this type of colours in their limited releases.
Dior seems to do more bold colours comparing to the type of nudes that I like (light mauves and taupe) and that’s my only complain.
I would not pay the full price for them though, but if I catch them on sale, I will sure try to get more colours!

As good as iet gets. I forgot how amazing these were until I got some OPI, Maybelline and Milani polishes to try. They were terrible quality and just made me appreciate Dior more. It’s expensive but the quality difference is insane. It applies super smooth and even, the texture is so rich yet light. The colors are gorgeous and actually apply the same as shown in the bottle, unlike other cheaper brands. OPI is decent until you try this, which will make it look like gooey, messy trash. It is way better to buy 1 of these than 4 of other brands.

I paint my nails at home. I don’t get manicures or pedicures. Natural nails. I’ve never used gel polish. That said, I have spent a fortune on high end nail polishes; OPI, Deborah Lippmann, Smith & Cult, Chanel and lower end polishes such as; Sally Hansen, Essie, Zoya, Wet and Wild…the list is very long!
I decided yesterday to purchase 4 Revlon polishes. Not gel, just regular polish-the same I used years ago.
By far, this is the most consistent polish, beautiful colors, fun colors, business colors, everyday neutral colors. The brush is thin, the polish is thin. I LOVE this so much more than thick brushes and thick polish. 2 coats-perfect!
Truly, Revlon regular nail polish lasts longer and is easier to put on than ANY other brands I’ve ever used!
The tip I do have to polish lasting longer is Seche Vite top coat. I paint my nails at night. No “sheet nails” ever!

Nothing impressive about this polish.
The color selection is great. The size is generous and it doesn’t dry fast in the bottle, either on your nails. The brush is thin long and straight cut, not the easiest combo to work with. Dark shades require base otherwise they’ll stain your nail. Light shades can come out streaky and less pigmented than some might desire.

I like most if Revlon’s products, so I was expecting good things when I bought a light white shade of their nail polish. I was wrong.
It went on extremely streaky, uneven and watery, even after I shook the bottle up several times. It also took a very long time to dry.
Now I just use it as a remover ( fun fact- if you paint a thin layer of polish over your existing polish, then wipe it off before it dries, your existing polish comes off as well).

I picked this up in “Rubis” which is a blood red that goes on really bright, but gets darker as you layer. The finish is amazingly shiny. My biggest complaint would be the fact that it took 4 coats to get the color in the bottle. I have a feeling this bottle is going get used up quick, as it’s only a mini. Keep this in mind if you’re looking to get a dark color.
[EDIT] Oi… I had to drop the rating down due to the exorbitantly long drying time. I had painted my nails at around 3 in the afternoon. I went to bed around midnight. When I woke up, there were all these lovely SHEET IMPRINTS waiting for me. 9 hours seems a bit ridiculous.

I think Inglot is a great brand (produced in country where I live), but this product is just a mistake. It could be good I you like to change nail colour every second day, if not – save your money.
The colour range is great, but staying power is dramatic. I have tried different colours and all of the chipped next day or even the same evening I was doing my nails.
The good thing is, they did not harm my nails in any way.

This is one of the worst brands of nail polishes I have purchased (and tried). I stupidly purchased 3 bottles, although 1 is topcoat and the other is one of their XL glitters. All which I will be putting up for swap after I finish this review.
Pro’s: beautiful color, dry’s quick, does not smell too strong.
Con’s: chipped after 1 day, over priced.
If this polish was cheaper I would not be so vex about the chipping, but at £8 a bottle I could have gotten a £2 cheap polish that behaves the same way. NEVER AGAIN…I suppose that is what I get for betraying OPI and CHANEL. I wish I read other reviews first (I am learning).

So I decided to buy four nAil polishes from inglot-colors 322, 705,979 &304. They were colors that I was looking for. However after I applied them (with a base coat and a top coat) they looked horrible. They look like the cheap stuff u get at the corner store. I paid abt 500 rupees ($10) so I figured they wouldbe good quality. So not worth it. Planning on returning them all. So disappointed!

This chips off at the tips of my nails after one day no matter what. I’ve tried using it with different base and top coats as well as alone, but it always chips. It’s such a shame because the colour (944) is absolutely beautiful – it’s the perfect orange-red that I’d been searching for for months. It also goes on like a charm and dries really quickly, and isn’t thick and gloopy like other brands I’ve tried. Really upset that it chips so badly 🙁

I bought something from their breathable Enamel today. number 647 (black)
the colour is lovely, it has some shimmer in it but it’s so subtle that it just gives the colour a little elegant boost rather then scream LOOK AT ME, AREN’T I TACKY!!! like other super shimmery polishes tend to do.
I prefer the breathable collection to their normal one, it doesn’t dry my cubical and the formula seems better, dries fast, not runny at all, doesn’t chip off the next day.
I took off a lippie because over here they are rather pricey, I’m not really happy spending $15 on one colour. also their sale Rep was horrible and very dishonest (tried to sell me a bottle that would expire in 2 months!!!) not the company’s fault though but I will be buying from another shop from now on.

I found Inglots nail enamels dried my nails out which I had never experienced before with other brands (even with a base), it chips big chunks after 1 day like a cheap nail polish and isnt quick drying (I have quite a few colours and they all failed in these areas). That being said I am a fan of their breathable collection as they actually improved my nails health and dont seem to chip as soon as the standard ones. I would much rather pay a little more for the quality of OPI nail polishes which I find are really quick drying and don’t chip the next day. Actually here where I’m from the breathables are actually 1 dollar more then OPI.

I got this in 973 of their Brown Collection. I apply two layers since their texture is quite watery compare to OPI or some other nail lacquer out there. The brush is fine and I can apply the color effortless. It is so shiny and right to the color. The longevity is ok.

Although I love OPI and China Glaze, Dior nail polishes are far better..(unfortunately, because of the price..).
The consistency, the brush, the way they apply..wow! I can’t say much about the staying power, since I tend to change my nails quite often.. But I think some colors are better than others.
My latest addition is Carré Bleu. I don’t have enough words to describe how absolutely gorgeous this color is.. Just go and get it before it’s gone!

I wondered if there’s a difference in nail polish that costs $25 CAD. Unfortunately for my pocket, yes there is. The first colour I bought was Incognito #257. It is absolutely beautiful! Perfect for my everyday look, neutral with hint of pink. I immediately noticed a difference in quality compared to other nail polishes. I like the brush, it goes on very smooth, isn’t thick and 2 coats is more than enough for good coverage. I like to use a base as well as a top coat to get more out of it.
I just bought the colour Bouquet which is nice but Incognito will be my all time fave. I only wish it didn’t cost so much. I spent $50 on 2 bottles of nail polish….a bit painful when I think about it.

I always find myself coming back to Revlon nail polish. I find that I’ve always had good success with it. It goes on easy, is long lasting (especially when you use the top/base coat), and is thick enough to make application easy. I recently purchased the colors Romantique (a pink nude) and Iced Mauve (a cool purpley pink with silver shimmer). Both colors look beautiful on my fair slightly cool skin.
I’m not always a fan of every color they come out with, but when I find one that I love, I always have a great experience with it!

I bought two different polishes from them…unfortunately I don’t have the bottles with me now…but one was a metallic dark seagreen and the other was a deep lavender/rose color.
Regarding the metallic dark seagreen color, I experienced something rather odd when it came time to remove it. As I began rubbing the polish with a cotton ball soaked with remover, the polish color was coming off onto my fingers and staining them. It was so bad that, I had to go over my fingers repeatedly, purposefully rubbing them very hard. I had never seen anything like it in my life. Mind you I’ve worn dark polish colors before, and never had this type of problem. Perhaps it is something in the formulation? In any case, I’m not really interested in doing THAT much work to get some nail polish off of my nails and fingertips!
The other polish color, while it looked nice in the bottle, it didn’t look as good on my nails.
As for the durability of this polish, I’d say it did seem to last longer than many others.
Nonetheless, I don’t think the polish is special enough to warrant the price or a special trip to their store.
So I won’t be buying it again….

I just purchased 3 Inglot Nail Enamels today:
-857 (floral medium pink)
-937 (light pinky lavender) and
-134 (goldy-vanilla)
all of them have a slight, fine shimmer that is very attractive, without being over-stated and yelling “Look at Me!”
I mainly purchased them because A) I love nail polish because I finally managed to grow my nails to a nice long length and
B) these particular ones were part of the minority that i both liked and were on sale. I was VERY impressed to get these sale ones for $5 each. Because the formula is better than, say, Revlon polishes yet the price is lower.
They are quite sheer so you have the choice to have a very subtle coat or to make it more solid (I decided to do 3 coats, but 2 looked very good also)
I was a little reluctant to get my hopes up because when I got home I realised it looked kind of watery at the top and seperated, but after a couple of shakes the formula was fine again. It applies like a dream! the brush is long and soft alike the ones found in many Sally Hansen Nail Enamels, and the formula is very wet and easily spread in one fluid motion. It’s not instant-dry which means you shouldn’t apply it if you’re in a hurry, but it did dry to a nice hard form completely after 5 mins, and I applied 3 coats without letting each completely dry before I applied the next (haha yes I know, I’m really impatient)
One thing I was amazed by was that on a third coat, a good 10 or so seconds after applying, one of my nails looked worse than the others so instinctively i swept at it, and it removed the third coat easily, without dragging at the 2nd coat underneath, meaning I didn’t have to completely begin that nail again! I didnt use a tissue or remover, only a finger to sweep at it and it was removed instantly with no mess!
I probably wouldnt have bought 3 unless they were on sale (the non-sale enamels/normal priced ones were $15ea so I’m glad I managed to get 3 for that price!)
I really love 134 and 937, would defs recommend both of them.
For the sale price, I would definitely repurchase, but I would be a bit more hesitant to pay $15 a pop. If expense isnt much of an issue, i highly recommend you give these babies a try because there is a huge selection and the colours are gorgeous. (I was limited to a choice of about 20/100 colours because i was looking at the sale colours, and usually the sale colours are the ugly reject ones, but these were really beautiful, young fresh colours so I’m very satisfied! I may have to revisit to stock up!)

* COLOUR RANGE – I am *extremely* impressed, they have the largest colour selection I’ve ever seen. It’s impossible to NOT find the exact shade you want. I was looking for a gold-brown colour, and they had at least 10 to choose from! Whereas I had looked everywhere else and could not find even 1 colour that was close to the one I wanted.
* PRICE (AUD) – They have two types, I think the older version is $10 (half price) and the newer version is $15. The old version is 11 ml (not sure if the new is the same) – less than all the other brands while costing more.
* FINISH – I think most of their colours are metallic. The finish isn’t as great as I had expected. I can definitely see all the brush marks and the colour isn’t 100% even. Each coat isn’t very opaque so you’ll need at least 2 coats. Also you have to work quickly because ones the polish becomes tacky and you try to repaint over that spot, it drags the polish and creates an uneven blob.
* LASTING POWER – This only *starts* to chip at the tips by the 5th day without a base or top coat, pretty good.
* QUALITY – Seems very professional, this is the first nailpolish I’ve bought that actually came in a box. The bottle itself also looks very professional – small square glass bottle with a silver lid. However the actual polish itself was very watery and unmixed. Usually after a few shakes the colour remixed itself, but not with this one.
Unfortunately after I removed the polish it left my nails slightly purple and yellow. I did not use a base coat.
