This is a beautiful shimmering confetti top coat that’s ideal layered over a wide variety of colors. It’s full of smaller dark peach, fuschia, white, pale grass green, and miniscule pearl glitter confetti, with larger white octagon-shaped pieces. I love the way the different-sized pieces of confetti look over creme peach, creme nude pink polish – and I can see it working well over white and hot pink as well. Nails Inc. has recently redone its packaging and brush, which was a great move, because now their pretty new rectangular bottles are larger and pretty weighty, with the best brush on the market. The brush is wide and flat, which allows you to cover the nail well with two strokes and paint the area above the cuticle really neatly. I love it. This top coat looks best with two coats but you can also get away with just one. This is my new favorite polish brand (my other favorites are Illamasqua and Formula X by Sephora). Highly recommended.
