This currently qualifies as my HG! The color is a cherry red. Reminds me of an old grease movie. I love it. Only takes one coat and looks exactly how I hoped it would. Nothing bad to say about this product as it is affordable too!

On me this is a warm red color with a hint of pink in it. Very pretty and lasts awhile before chipping. Love the glossy finish to it!

A nice, bright tomato colour. Lollipop is a warm red colour which flatters my NC20 skin. It applies easily, however I find the formula to be a little thin. It dries quickly and has good staying power, like all Essie polishes. A nice red to add to your collection.

This is my FAVORITE nail polish ever!! The formula, dry time and lasting time are all PERFECT!! Essie you rock <3 And I get compliments on this red shade from friends. I think Lollipop is by far, the most long-lasting red nail polish I've tried. I normally apply two coats of Lollipop and with one shiny layer of Seche Vite. And it lasts up to over a week with very subtle chipping around the edges or above the curticle, and I can live with that. I am definitely keeping this one in my stock and this red is suitable four seasons a year I believe, it's neither metallic nor frosty --- Essie's watery, solid red color is JUST perfect for all occasions. Oh my gosh I can't tell you how much I adore this one.
P.S. One friendly tip for people who're going to try this on for first time - I suggest you putting on base coat before applying since red polish normally stains a bit on your nails after a few days, and Lollipop is no exception.

Really nice shade of red – a little chic twist to the classic red nail. Love the formula.

Even though I bought this polish, in the back of my mind I didn’t think this would be my favorite red. I have a lot of red polishes, most by Essie btw, and this has actually turned out to be one that I love and reach for often. The formula is really nice and easy to work with (no bubbles, balding spots, streaks, or spillage into the creases). It’s a mid range red with pink undertones and maybe some slight orange undertones as well. It definitely comes off as a red though. On my hands it lasts 4-6 days with a good top coat without any chips, on the toes about 2 weeks or until I get bored of the same color and want to change it. When I wear this, I keep catching myself looking down at my nails all of the time. There’s not much more to say except I highly recommend this polish.

Nothing against this product. It’s just that it looked cheap and tacky on my middle eastern skin tone. I’m sure this would look a lot nicer on cool, pale skin tones though.

Great feminine, girly shade without being ‘kiddish,’ if that makes sense?
Good for Spring, and even Summer…..but really people wear any color any time of year anymore.
I have luck with Orly nail polishes, and this one is one of my fave colors I have from them. I have 10-12 bottles, and they pretty much all apply very nicely and wear very well. There may be a bottle or two that apply a tad streaky or chip a little sooner, but that is with any line.
Great cool-toned shade; great for fair skinned gals and/or those who like cooler tones. Removes easily.
One note, Orly seems to need ‘shaken’ up more than say, my OPI or Essie polishes. Even if a shade sits for a mere week or so, it seems to ‘separate’ and it needs shaken up again (even brand-new bottles that I just purchased). Not sure what is up with that, but they do shake up easily and the formula is good to go again. Not really a huge deal, but I can see these may not last as long sitting in the cupboard or nail stash at home as some other brands. And to me, that is a bit of a bummer. But if you are not one to keep nail polish bottles for a year or more, then that may not be an issue for you. It may not be an issue, anyway, for some, but it is just something I have noticed with these nail polishes, for me, anyway.
That all said, would re-purchase. They do apply for the most part very nicely and wear well. Just for whatever reason, I do not see these being something that can or should sit around a long time in your closet. You may have different luck with these in that regard, but that was just my finding. 🙂

Cool-toned lavender pink creme, gorgeous color but mine is thick and gloopy and impossible to work with as well as taking ages to dry. Thinner has improved application but it is still a streaky pain that still needs 3 – 4 careful thin coats and ages to dry 🙁
It seems to me this is a really hard color to get right as this is my 3rd try to get this type of shade. Previous duds were Essie (French Affair – limited edition), and a Rimmel 60 Second (I forget which) and all those were as bad as Orly Lollipop. Next time I’m sticking to Zoya. Had great success with Zoya so far never a dud.

What a pretty color. This color looks subtle cute, and, classy. Good pigment, high quality lasts long. Looks natural on nails. I am a big fan of pastel colors so it is a must have in my drawer. Part of my top 10 nail polishes. I thought it was only mine but After reading other reviews I realized that the formula is pretty bad, it is thick and a mess to put it. I will use a thinner with it.

Not sure what the problem with the formula is but it’s fine. Its way better than Essie and is not streaky or thick or runny. It’s a nice and easy formula to apply and evens out after 2 coats. Pretty deeper lavender color that looks almost skintone on me. I am a NW20.

This is a Great color, so 3 lippies….but the formula is AWFUL!! It is really thick, gloppy and a mess to apply. It does go on opaque and does NOT streak as awful as some opaque Essie polishes ( I always use a base coat so maybe that helps) nonetheless, I would not repurchase. The formula is very disappointing!

I love the color but hate the formula. It’s a cool toned medium pastel lavender/pink color. It’s looks very pretty in my nc30-35 skin. Only thing I hate is the formula!!! It’s super thick yet opaque in one coat. Dries pretty quick. I’m going to try and thin it out with some nail polish thinner. Other than that, gorgeous color but I wouldn’t repurchase. I would rather find another brand with a similar color with a better formula.

I love love love this lavender! Usually warm shades don’t suit my skin tone, but the moment I saw swatches of this color, I have been wanting it for months…months! Finally I got this at Sally’s and this color is smooth and gorgeous! With a few drops of thinner, this is only a one coat polish. I gladly paid full price for this! I think this will be one of the few shades I will want wear over and over again, and one that suits any occasion.

This really pops on me. If I was white or a lighter skin tone I think it would be the most amazing product ever. I love the glossy finish and it just gives off that wow factor. I will rebuy next spring time

Love this red nail polish! Perfect shade of warm red. Dries to a nice shiny finish and lasts on my nails! This is my go-to red nail polish.

Very Opaque, Bright, Red with hints of Orange
I can literally one coat this polish. I love it because it’s one of those colors I can wear with everything. I’m olive/medium skin toned and I LOVE it on my toes.
Found it at a pretty good price on Amazon.

Out of all the purple polishes I own, this shade is my favorite. It’s a gorgeous, milky, pastel lilac that looks almost pink in some lights. It’s a great springtime color, but I wear this shade year-round.
Unfortunately, the formula isn’t the best on this. It’s runny yet thick, and it tends to pool at the cuticles and around the edges of the nails. Also, since the formula is a little thick, I find that this chips more quickly than other Orly polishes I own.
And I have to add — I love Orly’s rubber brush handle! It seems like such a minor touch, but it makes application so much easier.
Despite my issues with the formula, I still love this shade and will continue to get a lot of use out of this. This is a great shade if you’re looking to explore color but still want something relatively “safe.”

I am so disappointed! This is my 1st Orly nail polish and the only reason I shelled out the cash for this was cause I loved the color so much. But like the others have said, the application is horrible! It super THICK and globby and really makes a mess. I did end up making it look nice the 1st time I used it, but it took 10 x longer then any other manni I’ve given myself. Anyone know if a good dupe with better formula? (I already own OPI Mod about You)

This is a very pretty lilac purple. It is perfect for springtime. I applied 2 coats on my nails because I always apply 2 coats, but you really only need 1 coat because it is super opaque. I think the formulation is a bit thick, but nail polish thinner should make it better. I did not have any streaking at all even with one coat. I applied out the door topcoat over it and it looks nice and glossy. I love this color. Picture will follow soon…
