Love it. It turns a shade darker when dry. Used Sally Hansen Hard as Nails as base coat and Sally Hansen Nail Therapy with Argan oil as a top coat. No cracking. So shiny. Looks like plastic nails. Would buy again.

Limestone is a fun color, a yellow-leaning light lime green. It is almost an exact match for Revlon’s Sassy. My drugstore was having a buy one, get one 50% off sale for Sally Hansen, and I needed some base coat, so I bought the base coat and got this polish for a dollar. I liked the Revlon color a bit better (it was a tiny bit brighter) but it’s hard to argue with $1.
The polish applied fairly well. A couple of my nails have bubbles, but I tend to get bubbles regardless of brand, probably because I don’t have AC and *need* air circulating in the room through open windows or fans in summer. I didn’t find it to be too thick or globby which was a problem I had with Sinful Colors polish in a similar price range. It was almost opaque after one coat, but I did two coats just to be thorough, and used the Sally Hansen Double Duty as both a base and top coat.
Unfortunately, this polish hasn’t lasted very long. I put it on Friday evening. By Sunday I already had a chip on my right thumbnail. Monday afternoon I was cleaning my kitchen and the polish on my right index finger just all peeled and fell right off! I don’t know if it’s this or the base coat, but I’ve been doing similar amounts of work with other polishes on recently and I haven’t had that happen.
Right now I’m resisting the urge to just peel them all off….
Basically, I really like the color and thought it applied pretty well, but it doesn’t last. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

This nail polish is nice and true to the color that you see in the bottle. I like it’s consistency and how I only need to use two coats. I HATE USING 3+ COATS! Overall, I would buy this again! 🙂

It sucks to feel so nonplussed about a nail polish, especially coming off my Riveting high. It’s not bad, it’s not good, it’s just so damned boring. The formula is alright, opaque in two pigments with average control capabilities attributed to cremes. It didn’t dry quickly, but cremes rarely do.
The color’s alright, it’s a bright celery green (really would never call it Limestone, more like Just Plain Celery) and is a shade short of being highlighter green in some lights. I suppose this would be a useful color to have if one is into nail art. And maybe pedicures. I’m sure it got a lot of play for St. Patrick’s day.
