Life Of The Party is a beautiful very dark cranberry color leaning toward red.It looks mostly red on my very pale cool skin.Application was wonderful.Went on very smooth with no streaking. One coat is opaque, but two coats brings out the lovely color.I love this one and will buy again.

Dig it. Bought it after they out out the Retro Revival line and then it was subsequently put on clearance for $4.25. Expected the color, based on how it looked in the bottle, to be a slightly shimmery cranberry shade. Once on though, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was a pretty, shiny (not glittery) raspberry color. Good pigmentation and standard, quality Essie formula. Goes on smoothly, dries quickly without bubbles and lasts nicely. Two coats for opacity. Like the little added aesthetic of the gold twinkles on the bottle lid.

I love this color it has a great satin color. It’s great for fall. It is a cranberry with a satin color. I have had this color for a while and every time I pull it out it’s my fav.

Like the previous reviewer, I do find this to be a slightly strange berry red shimmer, but I love it! There’s a hint of something hard to describe in the color—I can’t quite put my finger on it. Anyway, it’s unique in my opinion, and I’d recommend it. It’s a lovely all-year-round kind of shade.

This only looks good if it is done very lightly, but it is hard not to overdo it. It is a strange frosted berry.
