I confess, I bought this polish because I liked the name. Being a cat owner I just had to have it.
This is a glitter polish. The base is light grey / off white. The glitters come in different size, from small round ones to larger hexagon ones. The is also holo shimmer thrown in for good measure. The glitter is white, blue and purple.
I used 2 coats of white polish and then applied 2 coats of Meow or Never. It’s a lovely polish for this time of the year, it looks like a snow scene.
I took one lippie of because white/milky polishes do not look particularly flattering on me and because I needed to use a base colour. But this is a lovely, unique polish and I would definitely repurchase it.
