Pep-plum is a crelly, fuchsia polish. The crelly formula means it is semi-opaque. This does mean that you can see your VNL, but this finish also means that you get a juicy, jelly-like finish, which you can not get with cream polish.
I used two coats (I decided that 3 would make it too thick) and like I already mentioned it did not give me full opacity. Usually I am not a fan of jellies/crellies, but I really enjoyed wearing this one. The only reason I marked it down is because it stained my nails badly. (I have been trying to lighten my natural nails gradually, by scrubbing them in between each polish application and I thought I was getting somewhere, but after this polish my nails are bright orange again).
So, bright, fun colour for summer, but be aware of the slightly transparent finish and the staining.

I’ve been buying this line of nail polishes since I was fourteen, and up until this shade, all have worked perfectly for me. Pep-Plum is a great colour, but the application is not as nice as the rest of them.
I currently have about six other shades and they all apply very opaque, no streaks, no uneven colour. This one’s a bit more tricky, it starts out more sheer and doesn’t build up that well. The end result is okay, but certainly not flawless.
