Love the colour! Such a shame it doesn’t last very long!

the colour is lovely, its a pretty nude pinkish whitish shade that makes my nails look nice and clean.
but the formula. Serious fail. It is thin and streaky and takes 2-3 coats to get a decent looking finish. If you overwork it (too many brush strokes) it gets bald spots and thick spots and is dreadful to try and get looking decent. But the worst part is that it takes FOREVER to dry. I do my nails and an hour later it still marks and isn’t properly set or dry. I don’t know about you, but I work, i’m busy, I have a life, I don’t have all day to sit around waiting for the stupid nail polish to dry.
I have other nail polishes from Sally Hansen that do dry, so its not all their products, its not that I have unrealistic expectations, but I do expect a nail polish to dry and set so its a nice lacquer in less than an hour or several hours.
this product is labelled x-treme wear. I’d assumed that x-treme wear was supposed to be a tough little workhorse of a product that held up to daily wear and tear, not something that drove you to the x-treme of throwing it in the garbage.
I’m half tempted to post this failure back to Sally Hansen office and tell them what I think of it (which is not much).

This nail polish is gorgeous light nude colour and has a very shiny finish. Bamboo shoot suits my skin tone nicely and cost me around AU$4 at chemist warehouse, but you can get it at priceline at roughly the same price. It retails for a couple more dollars, I believe.
The let down for this polish is that it chips very easily (maybe after 2-3 days?) and the consistency turns gloopy very easily. This polish takes two coats to be opaque to get rid of the streaky finish of the first coat.
I think i would buy this again because I adore the colour and it is very very cheap. If I could, I would give it 3.5 lippies

i never thought i’d love it a lot! but now i know this will be one of the permanent colors of polishes i’ll have in my drawer. the reason why i love this is because i use it for those days when i want to look as if i’m not wearing polish. i use one coat and it evens out the icky nails (sometimes discolored to a yellow tinge due to polish overuse!). it makes my fingers looks so fresh and clean and healthy!!! i sooo love this one! to top it off, it lasts for a solid 7 days in spite of all the hand-washing i do. love this! love this!

This a beautiful nail polish and colour. Like others have said, it does need atleast two coats to bring appear opaque. The colour is a lovely pale pink/nude colour. What I love about it is that it is also the perfect shade for a french manicure. When I am doing a manicure, I will apply one coat. When I want a solid colour, I will apply 2-3 coats. Drying time is generally quite good, but I speed up the process by using my hair dryer to dry my nails. I generally pay around $7 (AUD) for it. I don’t find it to be chip proof on natural nails, however when applying it to my acrylics (see the picture I have posted) it did not chip at all. Unfortunately, this only lasts 1 day on me until it begins to chip which is very disappointing. It is also quite shiny which is great. If it didn’t chip after 24 hours I’d be giving it a 5, really. I’d still recommend this colour and product, and will continue to buy it again. x

This is my go to nail color in spring/summer, it’s a sheer to opaque pinky/white color goes with everything. I apply two-three coats for it to become opaque, doesn’t chip for 3-4 days even w/o a top coat.
I’ve been using this color since spring 2007, I’m on my third bottle, sadly I cannot seem to find it anywhere not sure if the color has been discontinued.

I’ve had this for a long time and it doesn’t dry out like my other polishes. The color is fantastic and goes with everything you will wear. It’s a white/pink shade and it’s very shiny. Great polish to wear for everyday or a night out on the town.

I got this for free from a friend who bought it in Singapore so I have no idea about the price.
It’s a pretty nice shade, white but creamy pink. It’s pretty easy to apply but it is very streaky. Takes about 3 coats to get it looking nice and it’s hard to get it even all over the nail.
It’s a pretty good nail varnish, not the best but still pretty good.

This is my signature nail polish. The color looks perfect against my skin tone. The polish lasts for at least one week without a single chip. It’s super shiny- no top coat needed. Its unlike any other polish I’ve tried! You can definitly rely on this nail product; its one of my all time faves. I also get a lot of compliments on the color.

Its a nice cream beige like color. Its okay. I won’t be buying it again because I feel I have found a nicer, nude like shade from a different brand.
Takes at least two, even better three coats to look nice.
