This is a tough one. I really liked the color in the bottle, and the combination of the blue and pink glitter in the pale blue base really appeals to me. But the base is so sheer that you pretty much have to wear at least three coats for any decent coverage. It’s probably best layered over a white, cream or pastel polish for that sweet, spring look.
Formula-wise, I thought it was quite good. The glitter, of course, takes some strategic positioning with the brush (or a toothpick), but the polish was easy to work with, as expected of a Lippmann.
Unfortunately, these are really difficult to find where I live, so it’s not likely that I’ll be buying this again. It’s a nice nail polish indulgence the first time, but not a second time.

Such a pretty, unique color. Milky baby blue sheer polish with pink and blue chunky glitter pieces. I like this with Essie Allure or Essie Oui Madame as a base color. One of my favorite polishes, bar none. Tons of compliments on it and I probably reach for it the most. As previous reviewers note, you have to manipulate it a bit to get the glitter where you want it. But all glitter polishes are like that, especially Lipmann chunky glitters.
I am not sure if I will repurchase this brand, as Revlon is apparently making a duplicate color now (Whimsical, I think?) But the color will definitely stay in heavy rotation at my house.
