Moondust is a purple base with gold micro shimmer which shifts blue – it looks as complex on the nail as it sounds. I own a miniature bottle which came as a part of Ciate Advent Calendar 2017.
Due to the high shimmer in this polish, I found it difficult to tell how well the opacity was building up – I applied 3 coats, but you might be able to get away with 2. It looked different in different lighting and the colour shifts as you change the angle of your hand/nails – some of those looks I liked better than others. The formula was pretty good – easy to build up, fast drying and lasted well on me. Overall, it is an unusual choice, which I wouldn’t repurchase.
