oooh I love this. That baby peachy pink is a colour of the year (2016) and Frisson definitely meets the criteria.
this is a lovely work appropriate pink, the peach tones bring it back to a more subtle nude shade, its elegant, its pretty and the sparkles make it interesting.
Its more on the sheer side as others have said, but easy to apply in two coats with a hint of nail line, but then, who wants to wear opaque polishes every day of the week?
for someone looking for a lovely toned down feminine colour that doesn’t scream for attention, but gives you an elegant clean look, this is definitely a candidate.
love the colour and more than happy with the formula.

I’m very disappointed in this color…. the swatches I saw looked more pink /rose, but it is actually much more peach than pink. I bought this hoping it would be close to Mica Rose, but it’s not even close. I’ll be returning this one.

Hands down one of my all time favorite polishes. I’ll wear anything but I love pinks and this one is such a stand out. It’s a delicate baby pink-peach that’s warm toned and soft. Almost flesh toned in that it blends against my skin very well without being obviously pink. Very subtle even with all of the silver and gold shimmer, which is extremely abundant and looks like sparkly dust in the bottle. Reflects light beautifully and seems sort of whimsical. If you’re not a fan of sparkle in your polishes but love the look of it then I’d check this out.
It’s stays on the sheer side with two coats but still covers the nail enough to give color. All I can really see is the lightness of the tips of my nails underneath. It goes on evenly, I didn’t have any issues with streaking or bubbling or anything. Not too thick or too thin where it becomes messy.
I have so many polishes, a lot of which I’ve only worn once or twice, but I reach for this all the time. At first glance it doesn’t seem like anything that would invite compliments but every time I wear it someone comments. This gets lots of love from me. Highly recommend.

Such a beautiful colour- eternally perfect for spring (unless the planet crumbles or never has spring anymore) but it wears off and chips quickly. Too much work for me.

I adore the golden reflex of the glittery particles in this pale peach polish. It screams Spring. Two coats are perfect for my fair skinned hands (I think it looks especially precious on olive skins).

You get what you pay for 🙂 Absolutely beautiful pink-gold nail polish. Very pretty and subtle on my golden-olive complexion. Definite repurchase!

The other reviewer was right about one coat being sheer and pretty and two coats being thick enough to not be opaque. The quality is great: dries quickly, applies smoothly, and the color is really lovely. There are tiny, expensive-looking flecks of gold. It’s subtle, but very interesting. To me, it’s the perfect, pretty, pink nail polish.

At $26 you’d expect perfection in nail polish. You’d come close with Chanel Frisson.
Part of the Spring 2012 Les Rose Ultimes de Chanel collection, this soft pink bears gold sparkles to keep it from being a boring pink polish. Unlike most sheer polishes, this went on without a streak on the first coat (I use Jessica Custom Colors Reward base coat). One coat gave a sheer and sparkly wash of color; would make an interesting French manicure. Two gave a translucent pink, with more subtle sparkles. This is an office-friendly color that could suit a bride or go for an evening affair.
Dried quickly (I use drying oil over my RBL top coat) to a high-gloss finish.
One lippie off for the price. I do like the Chanel brush, I have to say. It gives me a very even application.
