Looks pretty nice in the bottle but I applied it, I did not like it. Little bit too dark, kind of a color that I would not wear it or used to wear when I was 20.

I have the polish named Fun in the gondola, but it’s the same exact shade as Fondola Gondola which I guessing is what Essie now calls it. I really like this medium toned dusty pink color. Some reviewer mentioned it reminded her of band-aids and for some strange reason, I sort of agree. But in a good way. I believe this is a shade which will compliment a more light toned skin or slightly tanned skin. It’s very feminine. I like that it’s in between a soft/light pink and a darker pink. The formula was a dream! It applied smoothly, evenly, without any patches, bald spots, or streaking. In 2 coats it is fully opaque.

This is a great polish mystery. For one, my bottle which was recently purchased at Target calls this “Fun In The Gondola”. According to the Essie site, they don’t list this shade out of all of their colors available but do have “Fondola Gondola”. Okay, they are the same exact color which is a dusty pink. According to the internet, there are blog sites, stores and swatches of Fun In The Gondola so I know it is available out there to purchase. Bottom line, same shade with two aliases! Anyway, whatever you want to call it, THIS ISN’T A COLOR THAT SCREAMS FUN. I also don’t think of Gondolas with this shade. I’ve been in a few and I’ve been drunk in them every time. This shade is a dusty rose (cool toned mauve/pink). Think early 90s home decor that we all had and paired with either forest green or country blue. It’s a very safe shade. A color you would wear to work, to a wedding, to a bible study class. It goes with mostly anything. It isn’t too dark or too light. Two coats gives creamy pigmentation. There are no jazzy effects with this. No sparkles, no shimmers, no flip flop colors. This is a color you would wear sipping sweet tea on your porch in Georgia while Grandma bakes up some blueberry buckle in the kitchen.

Nice shade: neutral dusty medium pink. Perfect for everyday ware, especially in colder months. Bit streaky but very glossy. Dries quickly. With 2 coats almost completely opaque, yet you might want to use an extra coat.

I just bought this lipstick a few days ago at Target because it looked really pretty in the bottle, I painted my nails Thursday and added a top coat and they haven’t chipped at all(yay)!! This color needs two costs, well for me it did, it depends on how much you put on your nail the first time, I usually add a big dot and it applies evenly over the nail but still can see the color of my nail so I add another layer, this isn’t a streaky nail polish and after two coats it is flawless, I love the color, I am fair skin toned and it really goes well with my skin and style and I think this polish would look even more awesome on warmer skintones! It isn’t VERY pink it kind of has a undertone that tones it down, thinking maybe a nudish color and it is perfect! Def recommend!

I’m glad I didn’t read these review before buying this nail polish. I absolutely love it! It’s a pink/purple/plum mix really flattering.. not too light, not too dark, not too barbie.

I’ve actually had this for a while but this is my first time really using it. I was looking for a neutral look, and after going through several OPI and essie polishes, finally settled on this one. it’s a romantic dusty rose color with an opaque finish after 2 coats. makes my hands look really clean. love it!

Goes well with my current everything pink and rose obsession! The equivelent to my latest rose-perfume, mature and feminine. Can anyone tell I’m reinventing myself? hehehe. It’s fun being a girl.

Big YUCK from me. This color reminds me of that same weird pink nude color of a Barbie doll’s legs. It’s an opaque nudish browned pink with a creme finish that’s a few shades darker than my cool-toned PPP skin. It’s not flattering at all imo, and the color itself is not thrilling at all…like bandaids, but worse. Maybe someone would love it, but not me.

Pretty true pink, very creamy, but too Barbie for me. I could live with this on a handbag, but not on my nails. Might be more wearable if it was sheer.
