I never thought I’d spend $18 on a nailpolish but I wanted some nudes that would serve me well after swearing off nail salons forever (after having an “incident” w my health…), I decided to invest in a few beautiful shades that I wouldn’t get bored with, suit my lifestyle color like (no blue nailpolish lol nothing wild!! Something that won’t chip as easily as the cheap lacquers I was using! I get so disgusted painting my nails only go have my handiwork chipped after 24 hours). This shade is lovely. It is opulent & luxe got a lovely nice nudetral but w a bit of an unexpected kick iridescence in the different lights that reflect in a lovely manner. I would repurchase this but maybe diff color as I get bored of 1 color easily I have a hard time committing to colors other than nude for nailpolish thou! I’ve got about 6-7 “good” nailpolishes now of varying brands so I need not set foot in a salon if ever. I have better luck w the $$$ brands not chipping as fast (no Bueno = OPI), basically have good luck w MJ/Formula X/D Lippmann/Butter generally. A mani is $15 w tip around here so why not invest in an entire bottle for $18 can do many mani/pedi’s w that! I hate nail salons. Never sure if they are talking about me!! (LOL)

This pricy bottle of polish was worth every cent. Listen, I thought this was mannequin hands but when I get in different lighting the rose shimmer takes over and is absolutely breathtaking. Not your average nude. In love with this.

I tried this in the store and it was amazing. A light beige with gentle shimmer. I thought I had found my new HG daily nail polish. But when I got home the color I bought looked like a mauve/pink creme polish on my fingers. I went back to sephora and looked at both there samples again. They were still gorgeous… I looked through every bottle they had for sale, they were all the pinkish color I had bought. I asked a sales girl and she just said the testers were old and had turned. I ended up exchanging the color. I am so bummed. I guess I like the way old nail polish looks? Or was there a reformulation that happened?

The quality of this polish is middle of the road, it’s thin, sheer, and quick drying. It is not streaky, and takes about 3 coats to build up the opacity. I notice tip wear within 2 days, though not a lot of chipping until 5. The shade is not quite as exciting as I expected it to be, and I do generally love neutral polishes. I won’t return it, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

Just the shade I have been looking for. It’s a nude pink shade with a slightly purple sheen. Looks beautiful on my nails as a polished neutral shade. My second Marc nail polish. First is Daisy which is also pretty. That one is a pale whiteish pink shimmer. Wear is ok. Expensive at $18.00 for a bottle.

I rushed out to purchase as soon as “Nudibelle” posted her review with pictures. I love nude and light toned polishes and this one is fantastic. I think she covered all the bases with her review, cute bottle, great formula that applies easily without streaking and the brush makes application easy.
The color is great for daily wear and is very work appropriate. I can’t wait to see how this will look this spring/summer when I get more color to my skin.
I will definitely be going out to purchase some more Marc Jacobs polishes and plan to replace this one when I get to the bottom of the bottle.
